Detroit Thugs Shut Down Bow Wow & Diggy Simmons Performance

This past Saturday radio station WJLB 98FM used the Northland Mall to host a Coats for Kids drive event but fights and gunfire shut down the fundraiser forcing rappers Bow Wow and Diggy Simmons to cancel their performance.
Here’s what Chevelle Potts from WJLB had to say:

“There were hundreds of people inside the mall to see several singers like Diggy Simmons and Bow Wow who were set to perform for the fundraiser, but the fighting broke out before they even took the stage. It was a lack of security, and we had to bring in the Southfield police.”

A Clear Channel spokesman said they were in discussion about continuing the event at another venue in Southfield, Michigan, but decided to cancel. Know why? Because Clear Channel is afraid of the violence and the lawsuits that’s sitting on their attorney’s desk mane (several people were trampled).
