The Occult Nature and Addiction of World of Warcraft

Considered as the most addicting game on the market — World Of Warcraft claims 12 million monthly subscribers and holds the Guinness World Record for the most popular MMORPG by subscribers. Blizzard Entertainment released WoW on 9/2/2001 that reduces into the Occult numbers of 11:3. World of Warcraft is an online multiplayer role-playing fantasy game, and considered the most addicting online game. World of Warcraft is completely immersed in occult symbolism and satanic themes. Activision Blizzard, Inc., formerly Activision, is the American holding company for Activision and Blizzard Entertainment.

The numbers of subscribers will increase with the new system offering free WoW subscriptions up to level 20. The BBC reported that the move is seen as a way of attracting new players to the game of WoW.

From the Guardian
At the height of his addiction Ryan van Cleave had little time for his real life. Living inside World of Warcraft (WoW) seemed preferable to the drudgery of everyday life. “Playing WoW makes me feel godlike,” Van Cleave wrote. “I have ultimate control and can do what I want with few real repercussions. The real world makes me feel impotent … a computer malfunction, a sobbing child, a suddenly dead cellphone battery – the littlest hitch in daily living feels profoundly disempowering.”

Despite thoughts like this and even the dissociative episodes in supermarkets, he did not think he had a problem IRL – gamer-speak for in real life. But he did, and the reckoning was coming.

For millions who play, the lure of games like WoW is hard to resist. Players create an “avatar,” or online character, who operates within a startlingly detailed storyline and graphic world. Playing makes the gamer feel like the star of a sci-fi movie. Characters form teams and go on quests to find items, conquer lands or achieve new levels.

After self-examination, Van Cleave pulled himslef back from the bridge railing after admitting the problem. He went home and deleted the game from his computer. For the next week his stomach and head hurt and he was drenched in sweat – like an addict withdrawing from drugs.

There are many WoW users that spend up to 60 hours a week within their powerful addiction that is based on the Occult.

World of Warcraft is one of the most enthralling games around – there’s an element to it that just grips you and makes it difficult to stop playing. As a result, the game is a truly fascinating experience, and many people have become hooked on the fantasy world of Azeroth.

worgen The Occult Nature and Addiction of World of Warcraft

The key point about World of Warcraft is that it is not simply a game; it is an alternative world. It is a recreation of life, and it has built its reality in as much depth and detail as possible. World of Warcraft functions as an alternative to the real world and is one of the most involving games yet designed. Players use it to get away from reality and stress and to do something very different for a while. It is a hugely entertaining title of course, with much to offer to gamers.

The Lower Entities and The Occult thrive in living a fantasy, and it is through humans that the lower entities attach on to and live through.

WoW is completely an occult game that draws the soul into fantasy land and is designed to feed the lower entities./

Typical crap been playing for too long god knows why. I quit came back quit came back quit came back even tried mouthing off to gms to get banned. Finally deleted every character and unistalled and threw my mouse in the trash. Its pathetic that this game might have just failed me out of college. I scored in the top 1% on the sat but I almost failed highschool because i stayed up every night playing this useless game what do you accomplish? Nothing you gain nothing if anything its the most brilliant scheme in the world. They get you to pay them to do nothing. I'm sick of it im done and im living right before I end up like every other stereotypical wow jumkie around me. While im still skinny and healthy. Thank god for this site
