It's amazing how little anyone is willing to accept blame these days. They always find someone else to blame for their actions. For an extreme example, a guy in the UK arrested for having more than 16,000 child porn photos is using the unique defense that it's all Google's fault for making it so easy to access the photos. His lawyer noted: "He feels that he would not have committed these offences if this information was not so freely available. He feels if companies like Google did not provide access to such sites, he would not have committed the offences." It's tough to see the court buying that kind of argument.

Umm maybe if he were arrested for once accidentally seeing it. The fact that he has 16000 pics tells me this was a personal interest that would have come out somehow, regardless of the medium.
What do you mean, "it's not really a problem"??? Yes, society HAS a problem with kiddie porn. Because kids do NOT want to be in it. I can understand that some might think, that like homosexuality, our culture will just become more tolerant.
The difference is that homosexuality is between adults who are old enough to make informed decisions about who they are and what they are doing with their life.
In the case of a pedophile, they are asking someone who doesn't have to the right to say yes. They don't have the right because they are not old enough to manage that kind of decision yet.
This is why there are laws that prevent old guys from nailing 14 year old girls.
With an age difference of that much, you get into issues of power balance. Namely a relationship these days are supposed to be equal. If one partner is old enough to be a parent, you don't have equality you have a sex slave.

Doesn't anyone have self control these days? I mean, really, this guy is one of the dumbest idiots I've heard about in a long time. If this man had any self constraint, then he wouldn't have the 16k pics that they found. Another thing is, doesn't the government block those kinds of sites? If they are so easy to find on google, I would beleive that the government would have a problem with that, or maybe they just keep them up to catch pedophiles. Who knows?
WHat I wouldn't give to have about 20 minutes alone in a room with this guy. Not only because he had child porn... ok, that is enough reason for me. I apologize if I don't have the most rock solid arguments. But let me share where I am coming from.
I know several people who were sexually abused as children. The guilt, shame and humiliation do not just go away. They will never be able to just forget it. 1 in 4 people are sexually abused in the US.
After you have learned the stories of your family, friends or significant other, you cannot help but be outraged.
Why I rbought up homosexuality: Many pedophiles try to pull the argument out that pedophilia is just another form of sexual orientation and that they shouldn't be persecuted for their beliefs. I felt that "Mr pedo" aka "Old guy" was heading down that line of thought.
As you may or may not know, back in the 1950's it was a crime to be homosexual. People were sentenced to chemical castration for their crimes. Now we mostly accept homosexuality as a choice, not a mental sickness or defect.
"Oh so its ok if 18 year olds have sex with 12 year olds?" Do you think that the 18 year old is on equal terms as a 12 year old? Do you feel like they have a similar level of mental development? I don't. Have you ever spoken to an average 15 year old female? The next time you are at the DMV, just note how the girls getting their permits and licenses for the first time are acting. They are children in all senses of the word.
I know that in a majority of the European countries, 16 is the legal age of consent. I know that this age works for some cultures but maybe not for all cultures.
American courts, law makers and citizens have settled on the age of 18 with a plethora of exceptions. It is not a magical number, it is just the age at which most people graduate from high school and pregnant teen drop outs that cannot support themselves are longer an issue.

Googler Watched Child Porn And Beheadings Daily For His Job
There's a lot of creepy, repulsive, morally abhorrent stuff on the Internet, and that means there are also a lot of people whose job it is to watch it, review it and get it taken down. One guy who reportedly had that job at Google -- and whose identity was not revealed -- describes the "scarring" experience in an interview with Buzzfeed FWD. The former Googler says that the job was made all the worse when the company denied him a full-time position, leaving him to scramble for a new job at the end of his year there.
The ex-Google employee says that he spent his days exploring the ugly underbelly of humanity on all of Google's products, like its search engine, Google Images, the picture-organizer Picasa and the social networking site Orkut (that has its largest fan base in India and Brazil). There were beheadings, he says, and suicides. Grotesque fetishes, mutilations and bestiality. And lots of child porn.
Child porn, in particular, has to be removed within 24 hours of the service provider becoming aware of it and also must be reported to federal authorities. He says that there were perhaps 15,000 of those images a day.

After nine months of it, he thought he was coping fine, "but it was putting me in a really dark place," he says. Google had someone from a federal agency sit down with him, and she asked him to react to a series of photographs. "That's f***ed up!" he exclaimed in response to an ordinary photo that depicted a normal father and his kid. He decided he needed therapy, but Google would only cover one session.
The former Google employee says that he was a contractor, and so was not entitled to the benefits of a full-time employee, or any emotional support, despite the nature of his daily grind. Google contractors can also only stay on for a year, and at nine months, he was told that he wasn't going to be hired full-time. He claims that this has happened to several of Google's employees entrusted with the most blood-curdling work at the company.

This ex-Googler's story punctures Google's rainbow-hued image as one of the most magnanimous employers known to mankind: a company that feeds its employees three free meals a day, offers new mothers more than four months of paid leave, and has a complimentary laundry service on site.

Why do we need these sites? They hurt people for life...and worse. Google for searching is great, but Facebook and Twitter are the perfect example of what the world has come to. Why do they exist? I deal with nasty images of violance towards animals everyday and my depression and nightmares have night got easier. Google's internal motto is supposed to be, "DO NO EVIL". What they did to this person is evil, sending him (or her) into the dark-side without a lifeline, without help, without an outlet for his frustrations. This should be a rotating position, something ALL Google employees, from the top on down, from the Chiefs to the newbies. And make certain there are therapists for all their employees, for as long as they need them. The kinds of sites and images these employees would be exposed to could be the triggers for a variant on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder..
If expecting someone exposed to this kind of material without help, without a "community" of colleagues in the same position to work out their problems with the material, that is the "EVIL" they should not be doing when they say "DO NO EVIL".

Montauk Project: New Film Takes On Allegations Of Mind Control, Time Travel And Alien Encounters At Military Base
In a year when a respected investigative journalist suggested that the Roswell UFO scare may have been the handiwork of Nazi war criminal Josef Mengele and Joseph Stalin, along comes another story involving space aliens and outrageous experimentation on a U.S. military base.
Montauk, N.Y. -- like Area 51, written about in Annie Jacobsen's new book -- has been the center of an otherworldly conspiracy theory for decades.
Believers say that people were kidnapped at a U.S. Air Force base and subjected to mind control and time travel experiments. And extraterrestrials somehow had a hand in it all.
It's been dubbed "The Montauk Project," and is the subject of an upcoming docu-drama, "Montauk Chronicles," executive produced, directed and written by independent filmmaker Christopher Garetano.
But nobody has been able to actually prove these allegations. And all that's left of the Montauk facility -- currently a state park -- are the above-ground remnants of the original Air Force base. According to a document issued by the Air Force Historical Studies office, the Montauk base, known as Camp Hero, was decommissioned in the early 1980s.
Montauk is a small seaside resort town on the tip of Long Island that draws vacationers to its shores every year. Camp Hero, located a short distance outside of Montauk, has roots as far back as the Revolutionary War, during which it was used to test military cannons. Later, during World War II, Camp Hero served as a coastal defense installation against any possible Nazi intrusions into America.
"Montauk Chronicles" follows the story of three men, Alfred Bielek, Stewart Swerdlow and Preston Nichols, who claim that Camp Hero ended up as an underground site for scientific atrocities.
Bielek, a retired electrical engineer, maintains he was part of the mysterious Philadelphia Experiment, where in 1943, the U.S. Navy allegedly tried to make a small destroyer undetectable to radar. The test ended in disastrous results, including the ship disappearing from the Philadelphia Navy yard and -- purportedly -- traveling through time.
According to Bielek's story, he was transported ahead in time from Philadelphia, and extraterrestrials were responsible for the technology used in the Philadelphia Experiment. He also maintains he was recruited in 1970 to work on mind control and time travel projects at the Montauk facility.
Swerdlow's story involves being kidnapped as a teenager from his Long Island, N.Y., home, taken to the Montauk base, and subjected to a variety of experiments.
"Beatings, a lot of torture, electrical shock, burials, near-drownings," Swerdlow said. "They'd bring you to the point of death, and then they would save you, and the person doing this would be your rescuer or god, and would say, 'I'm the one that saved you and remember that.' And that became your handler -- your programmer."
Swerdlow recalls being part of some horrific experiments while at the Montauk facility.
"The walls were very damp, oozing water, so it appeared to be deep underground or even underwater. I was always on this cold, hard table. Sometimes there'd be other people around, either my age or older, and electrodes were put into me and injections."
All three men claim to have seen extraterrestrials while at the underground Camp Hero facility.
"Well, there were quite a number of aliens at Montauk," said Bielek. "Some were there on a semi-permanent basis. A lot of them were just visitors that came in and looked at what they wanted to see and went back home.
"There were little grays there, which I suspected were degenerated humans from out of the future. Large gray aliens (which are a different species) were also at Montauk, and they were highly intelligent."
Nichols, like Bielek, was an electrical engineer, who says he worked with Bielek in the mind control and psychic aspects of the Montauk Project.
"There were definitely alien beings at Montauk," Nichols said. "We had the little grays and the larger grays as well as a variety of reptilian beings. The large grays didn't want anything to do with me because they couldn't reach me telepathically. When I entered a room they would leave.
"They were the strangest thing that I ever saw. At that point, I was beginning to doubt my own sanity."
And Swerdlow also saw an alien presence at Montauk. "Most of the time my interaction was with human beings, but I did come into close contact with alien beings.
"I did see, occasionally, intelligent reptilian humanoid beings as well as gray aliens who were once human beings but were physically altered as a result of degeneration and radiation toxins in their system. Most of them communicated with mental telepathy."
Garetano shot much of his upcoming film at the actual site of Camp Hero.
"When you walk through the area now, you see this giant, imposing radar tower that still stands," Garetano told AOL Weird News. "The park currently has strange regulations: You're not supposed to use any radio equipment there and you are cautioned about unexploded ordnance.
"While filming my movie here, I couldn't understand why people are allowed to walk around a park where there are still unexploded devices or why radio equipment isn't allowed if the radar tower is now defunct and the entire base is completely non-operational."
That question may be answered by a brochure issued in 2001 for visitors to Camp Hero which includes a section called "Unexploded Ordnance (UXO) Warnings":
Please follow the following steps if you think you have come across Unexploded Ordnance:
Never transmit radio frequencies (walkie talkies, citizen's band radio) near UXO.
Never attempt to touch, move or disturb UXO.
Avoid any area where UXO is located.
Garetano thinks it's "strange that they don't want you to use radio devices that may set off unexploded bombs, yet they allow the public to walk around a potentially high danger area!"
In addition to the giant abandoned radar tower at the Camp Hero site, there are also huge doors, or bunkers, cemented and sealed into the side of several hills in the forest area.
Also, strewn throughout the wooded park are numerous things that appear to be above-ground manhole covers.
"These are entrances that obviously go down into something," Garetano said. "There are claims from people that these are entrances to underground tunnel systems that ran beneath the military base that allegedly would take you to the true entrance of the facility."
Among the bizarre things claimed by the individuals who say they took part in the Montauk events was a device they called the Montauk Chair. Allegedly, a powerful psychic sat in the chair and was able to materialize objects out of thin air -- manifesting them into physical reality.
After spending countless hours with the men who are the subjects of his film, Garetano says he didn't always believe their stories.
"At first I didn't. These men have not benefited financially -- they didn't gain anything from this. And they've endured ridicule as they maintain their story," Garetano said.
To be sure, this story is filled with allegations, suppositions, unsupported claims and far-out "Stargate 1"-type movie and television science fiction. It certainly describes any typical urban legend.

Decorated War Veteran (Iraq and Afghanistan) and former Marine, Brandon Raub, of Richmond Virginia was arrested last night by authorities. Authorites claimed that Raub made “Terroristic” comments on his Facebook Page. The unconstitutional arrest occurred last night at approximately 7:30 pm at the combat veteran’s home.
The following video was shot with a cell phone camera, by Raub’s brother, Who began filming when he arrived at the scene of Brandon’s “Capture”.
On “The Josh Tolley Show”, a radio show, his mother Kathleen Thomas, stated he was questioned about his Facebook posts. Kathleen states that she was contacted by phone by FBI agent Sherry Grainger and was told that her son Brandon Raub was arrested for assault, resisting arrest… later agent Grainger said that the threats made by Raub was “terrorist in nature

I was at the Chesterfield police dept inquiring on where my son was. I do have a video of the FBI and Chesterfield police dept taking my son away.
They told me last night, that yes, he is here and being “evaluated”. There was nothing I could do they said, but “await his phone call”.
No one has called, so I began to call. Called the chesterfield police jail and they told me that he was not there and they have NO RECORD of him being processed there or booked for any crime.
They gave me the number to the FBI which I already had because Agent Sherry Granger 804-241-4770 Called me upon his “arrest” and told me my son was being “evaluated” as a “potential terrorist” for his comments on face book AND that he was arrested by the Chesterfield Police Department.
So I called her back this morning since no one seems to know where my son is and she did not speak to me but a representative of the FBI told me he was taken to a Psychiatric Facility called Popluar Springs in Petersburg Va. So I called Popluar Springs and they have no record of his admittance.
How would you like this to happen to your child just because he exercised his constitutional right of FREE SPEECH?

I was at the Chesterfield police dept inquiring on where my son was. I do have a video of the FBI and Chesterfield police dept taking my son away.
They told me last night, that yes, he is here and being “evaluated”. There was nothing I could do they said, but “await his phone call”.
No one has called, so I began to call. Called the chesterfield police jail and they told me that he was not there and they have NO RECORD of him being processed there or booked for any crime.
They gave me the number to the FBI which I already had because Agent Sherry Granger 804-241-4770 Called me upon his “arrest” and told me my son was being “evaluated” as a “potential terrorist” for his comments on face book AND that he was arrested by the Chesterfield Police Department.
So I called her back this morning since no one seems to know where my son is and she did not speak to me but a representative of the FBI told me he was taken to a Psychiatric Facility called Popluar Springs in Petersburg Va. So I called Popluar Springs and they have no record of his admittance.
How would you like this to happen to your child just because he exercised his constitutional right of FREE SPEECH?
I will be following all this the best I can, and will post updates on the frightening situation. People, let’s be clear, our country is in danger. The danger is not on some far off land, it’s right here in AmeriKa.

Despite representing only 2 percent of the population, the radical homosexual agenda continues to change America. Can the church stem the moral tide?
Last year alumni from Wheaton College—what used to be the heart of conservative evangelicalism—made headlines for forming an organization to not only support the gay community, but also to promote the belief that homosexuality and Christianity are compatible. As on Christian college campuses throughout the United States, they have once again succeeded in convincing believers that Jesus’ command to “love your neighbor” means turning a blind eye to what the Bible explicitly calls an “abomination.”
“They” aren’t just Wheaton alumni or those who have formed similar groups—both official and unofficial—at Baylor, Harding, Samford, Seattle Pacific and a host of other universities and colleges. They would be the activists who have masterfully driven the gay agenda for more than 30 years and, with remarkable success and precision, changed our nation’s cultural mindset on homosexuality.
In 2008, Newsweek Religion Editor Lisa Miller wrote about “Joining the ‘Out’ Club” and wondered if Christian colleges might be “the last bastion of traditional values” standing amid these cultural changes: “As homosexuality ceases to be a cultural taboo, evangelicals increasingly have had to grapple openly with the question of how to deal with the gays and lesbians in their midst. Now, even on very conservative Christian campuses, there are gays who are ‘out’ and who want their authority figures to recognize them—and their sexuality—as deserving of God’s love.”
Yet Miller’s last phrase is proof of how effective this 30-year campaign has been. The question is not whether gays deserve God’s love or if He loves them more than a murderer, a glutton or someone who lusts in their heart. In fact, that’s exactly the line of thinking the gay agenda would rather Christians focus on, and one that has permeated a timid church fearful of offending those they’re witnessing to. No, the real issue is the mammoth, worldwide agenda of immorality that few within the global church are paying attention to or, more often, standing up to.
From Grace to Glee
From kindergartens to city councils to churches to the Supreme Court, the mainstreaming of homosexuality has reshaped everything in America. And one of the most powerful vehicles by which the gay agenda has accomplished this is media. The first television network program to feature a homosexual character in an ongoing role was the soap opera One Life to Live in 1992. By 1999, there were 25 sitcoms or daytime dramas with homosexual characters. Without exception, these characters were portrayed as witty, clever, lovable and just a little quirky.
It’s perfectly clear what the Hollywood writers and producers were doing—grinding away at public morality, using comedy as a vehicle to overcome the natural resistance of adults, and playing on the curiosity and credulity of children. By sheer persistence, the gay-friendly media have been forcing Americans to accept homosexuality as a normal and natural choice, whether they believe it or not. Today, based on the large number of primetime TV shows that currently feature openly gay characters, you have to believe that the most favored and most protected type of sexuality is homosexuality. Over the last decade, overtly pro-gay programs such as Will and Grace, Queer as Folk, Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, The L Word and Glee have been designed to desensitize Americans to the genuine risks of the homosexual agenda. Again, homosexuals are invariably portrayed as funny, sensitive and caring individuals. At the same time, critics of homosexuality are portrayed as bigoted and ignorant homophobes who have to learn to accept homosexuality as a valid lifestyle choice. Yet behind the scenes, how many people realize that organizations such as the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation actually have veto power over many of these scripts and can actually force directors and producers to rewrite dialogue that casts an unflattering light on homosexuals?
The gay agenda in media hasn’t just affected older audiences, but has been painfully apparent in targeting children under the guise of teaching “tolerance and diversity.” In January 2005, for example, several major children’s television shows joined with the We Are Family Foundation to promote the homosexual agenda using kiddy favorites such as Arthur, Barney, Bob the Builder, Dora the Explorer and Jimmy Neutron. After the characters sang “We Are Family” together, they directed kids to the website of the pro-homosexual We Are Family Foundation, which teaches them to accept and celebrate differences of race, class, genders and “sexual identity.”
A cartoon feature aired on the Disney Channel, Nickelodeon and PBS on March 11, 2005, and was supposed to be shown to kids in 61,000 schools nationwide. Each child was to be given a workbook designed by the very liberal, very pro-homosexual Anti-Defamation League. To top it off, children were being urged to visit a website where they could sign the “Tolerance Pledge,” which promises to respect all people whose “abilities, beliefs, culture, race, sexual identity or other characteristics are different from my own.”
Overt Operation?
Some might argue that there’s nothing wrong with teaching kids about diversity, just as it’s only fair to include and encourage gays and lesbians in the workplace, where they can make a positive contribution. Though well meaning, that view misses the point entirely. The homosexual agenda has nothing to do with making a positive contribution. Furthermore, gay rights activists will never settle for a “live and let live” role. Their goal is to enforce acceptance and legitimization of their lifestyle and to overpower and overwhelm by sheer force anyone who dares to stand in their way.
This is not merely my opinion; it’s what homosexual activists have said about their own game plan. They have a strategic marketing plan to promote homosexuality and to vilify their enemies. That plan has been outlined and published in multiple places, including Guide magazine in November 1987, and it makes for some pretty eye-opening reading.
In “The Overhauling of Straight America,” homosexual activists Marshall Kirk and Erastes Pill describe several strategies that homosexuals can use to push their way onto center stage. Among their directives: “Portray gays as victims, not as aggressive challengers. … Mr. and Mrs. Public must be given no extra excuses to say, ‘They are not like us.’ … Our campaign should not demand direct support for homosexual practices, but should instead take antidiscrimination as its theme. … Make the victimizers look bad. … The public should be shown images of ranting homophobes whose secondary traits and beliefs disgust middle America. These images might include: the Ku Klux Klan demonstrating that gays be burned alive or castrated; bigoted southern ministers drooling with hysterical hatred to a degree that looks both comical and deranged; menacing pugs, thugs and convicts speaking coolly about the ‘fags’ they have killed or would like to kill; a tour of Nazi concentration camps where homosexuals were tortured and gassed.”
There is nothing benign here, no reasonable disagreement, no respect for the opinions or moral reservations of those who have expressed concern for the dismantling of our culture. Rather, what’s being presented here is a plan for combat and the conquest of a nation.

Less than 2 percent of the population of the United States is actively homosexual, yet no other group exerts such enormous pressure or wields such power over the nation’s cultural institutions. Those forwarding the gay agenda know this. It’s been their stated goal since the 1970s, and they want to use that power to coerce the federal government, state legislatures and the courts at all levels into passing and prosecuting laws that give special rights to same-sex couples and others in the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender community. While they preach tolerance, they are all for laws that punish those who oppose the homosexual agenda.
Between 1972 and 1978, at least 40 state legislatures granted “civil rights” to homosexuals comparable to those accorded to ethnic minorities. At least 20 states repealed their sodomy laws, and in 2003 the United States Supreme Court, in the case of Lawrence v. Texas, ruled the sodomy laws of Texas unconstitutional, forcing by implication all 50 states to take similar action.
When Congress passed the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) in 1996, it did so with the support of 68 percent of the American people. The vote in the House was an astonishing 342 to 67, and in the Senate it was an equally impressive 85 to 14. The bill was signed into law by then President Bill Clinton, but he did it in the middle of the night to make sure there was little or no opportunity for the press to report on this important story. That law recognized the traditional definition of marriage as the legal union of one man and one woman. It also insured that no state would be forced to accept another state’s definition of marriage if it included either “civil unions” or “same-sex marriage.”
Subsequently, 43 states passed constitutional amendments and ordinances of various kinds to protect the institution of marriage from redefinition by the homosexual lobby. But since DOMA was signed into law, a long list of academics, activists and their lawyers have introduced legal challenges claiming the federal and state laws are unconstitutional. In 2004, Massachusetts became the first state to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, and since then five other states have followed suit—not including those states (and cities) that recognize these marriages but don’t grant licenses for them.
Clearly, the battle for same-sex marriage has become the centerpiece of the gay agenda in recent years. Despite poll after poll revealing that the American people want to preserve the sanctity of marriage and safeguard the family, the “debate” over defining marriage takes center stage each voting season.
Homosexuals say they want the right to get married and live normal lives just like heterosexual couples, but this is a lie. On the surface, marriage seems like such a natural and innocent request. Who could argue with that? But that’s another part of the homosexuals’ campaign of deception. What they actually want is to force same-sex marriage on America as part of a much larger strategy for destroying the concept of marriage altogether.
If that sounds extreme, consider the words of homosexual activist Michelangelo Signorile, who made this aspect of the agenda perfectly clear in Out magazine. In his article he urges his fellow homosexuals to “fight for same-sex marriage and its benefits and then, once granted, redefine the institution of marriage completely. … To debunk a myth and radically alter an archaic institution. … The most subversive action lesbians and gays can undertake—and one that would perhaps benefit all of society—is to transform the notion of ‘family’ altogether.”

Define Christianity as Hate - The New Homosexual Agenda
There is an active agenda, (Anderson Cooper off CNN being the main activist) to define Christianity as Hate speech and actually legislate the pulpit in America. Anderson is spending big money to march covert filming crews into churches across America an take film of any sermons about the biblical view of homosexuality as sin. He has gone to the airwaves asking people to act as volunteers to go into churches and send video of any preacher that dares to preach Jesus's point of view on marriage as being between one man and one woman. The attack on Chik Fil-A is a proxy attack on Jesus and the church as well.. The anti-Christian (anti- Christ) spirit of thinking is that "Nobody can tell me I'm wrong.." so I Christ must be wrong... so the church is being attacked. Look.. God is love. He doesn't hate anyone. Though my belief is that homosexuality in sinful, so are a lot of things. We as Christians can't force anyone to believe as we do, and Jesus never did that either. He just stands at the door and knocks.. All have the option to believe as they will... My belief doesn't hinder any one else's. The whole marriage rights debacle is SO SIMPLE to solve!!! Most people aer just asking the wrong question..

But we as Chrsitians dont Hate anyone. How can we HATE what our MASTER came to forgive and lay down his life for? It would be sacrilege (I think I spelled that right..) Jesus died for the very sins of man.. I am just as guilty of that sacrifice as anyone I could ever accuse. I have made so many mistakes (as we all have) that I can't point the finger at anyone. I dont hate any one of my beautiful brothers and sisters , of any belief system. I want to display the love of Christ and use that to compel others to accept Him. But if they don't, I still Love them.. Please do not try to define Christ as hate. Its not true. He died for us.. If you don't agree with him lets at least have respect for His sacrifice..

Elder Claude Harris Jr. Busted For Having Sex In Movie Theater–No Stranger To Going To Jail Last Time Claude And His Father Jumped A Family That Was Members Of Their Church!
Columbia County Sheriff’s Office-Claude Lamar Harris Jr., 31, of Honors Way in Martinez, and Angela Prater Veale, 43, of Galahad Way in Augusta, were charged Thursday, June 14, 2012, with public indecency after being caught having sex in an Evans movie theater.
Authorities arrested a couple Thursday after they were caught having sex inside an Evans movie theater.
Claude Lamar Harris Jr., 31, of Honors Way in Martinez, and Angela Prater Veale, 43, of Galahad Way in Augusta, were charged with public indecency.
At about 3:30 p.m., a manager of the Evans 14 Cinemas told a deputy that a couple was having sex inside one of the theaters, according to a Columbia County Sheriff’s Office incident report.

A youth minister was arrested on gun-related charges Wednesday after a brawl at an Augusta apartment complex that police say stemmed from a feud with former church members.
Five others were charged with disorderly conduct, and the pastor of New Life Church of God in Christ was taken by ambulance to University Hospital after someone struck him in the jaw, sheriff’s Deputy Pete Stewart said.
Officers were called to the fight about 5 p.m. at Merrick Place Apartments on Skinner Mill Road. Deputies said the melee involved current and former members of the Hephzibah church, including its pastor, the Rev. Claude Lamar Harris Sr., Deputy George Miller said.
“It seems like the church people who are still in the church are the aggressors,” Deputy Miller said.
Youth minister Claude Harris Jr., the pastor’s son, was charged with reckless conduct and is accused of pulling a pistol and firing it during the fight. Mr. Harris, 22, of Boars Head Road in Martinez, was being held at the Richmond County jail on a $5,050 bond.
Regina Harris, the suspect’s mother and the church’s co-pastor, said her son drove to the apartments to visit a sick church member and was attacked by former members while driving through the parking lot. But residents told police the youth minister stopped his Jeep Cherokee and got out to fight.
Several witnesses also told deputies that the Rev. Harris pulled a gun from his jacket and threw punches at former church members.
Police say the brawl stemmed from allegations levied by former member Tiffany Autry, who was forcibly removed from the church during Bible study in December. Ms. Autry tried to file assault charges against the youth minister and two church members, but a magistrate judge threw the case out Jan. 17.
Ms. Autry, who lives at Merrick Place Apartments, was involved in Wednesday’s fight and was cited for disorderly conduct.
The fight disrupted the complex, where residents called the office to complain.
“It’s been overwhelming for residents,” employee Debbie Sorino said. “But I don’t see why a pastor would come here with a gun.”
Fort Gordon soldier Robert Williams Jr., a resident, said church leaders instigated the fight and pulled weapons.
“What kind of church promotes this kind of stuff?” he said.

Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) Founders Paul And Jan Crouch Granddaughter Filed A Lawsuit Against Her Family For Covering Up Her Being Raped At 13!!!
It is getting ugly real fast in the Crouch household. A granddaughter of Trinity Broadcasting Network founders Jan and Paul Crouch filed a lawsuit Monday alleging that she was plied with alcohol and raped by a TBN employee when she was just 13 — and that her family covered up the incident, rather than report it to authorities, to protect TBN’s reputation.
Carra Crouch, now 19, was distraught after the 2006 assault by a 30-year-old man, and told her grandmother what had happened. “Jan (Crouch) became furious and began screaming at Ms. Crouch, a thirteen year old girl, and began telling her ‘it is your fault,’” according to the suit.
Carra Crouch then told John Casoria, TBN’s in-house counsel and her second cousin; he became agitated and told her that he didn’t believe her, it says. “He elaborated by stating he further believed she was already sexually active ‘so it did not really matter’ and he ‘believed she may have propositioned him,’ ” the suit alleges.
“Ms. Crouch, a thirteen year old girl, had not been sexually active and was absolutely devastated about what happened and about how John and Jan responded to her.”
Both Jan Crouch and John Casoria are ordained ministers, and as such, are legally required to report suspected child abuse to authorities under the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act, the suit says. No report was made, and TBN “deliberately covered up the incident to protect Trinity Broadcasting from negative publicity,” it alleges.
Carra Crouch was not permitted to talk to the police about the incident, and was not permitted to seek the counsel of any third parties or sex abuse counselors at the time, and has suffered severe emotional distress as a result, according to the suit.

“Trinity is stunned to learn of the latest allegations being made by Carra, coming more than six years after her initial report,” May said by email. “And we have confirmed that Carra’s parents are similarly just now learning of her latest accusations. If your email accurately depicts Carra’ cupertino of events, be advised this is completely at odds with what she reported to her mother in 2006. Had Trinity been apprised of this then, it would have immediately reported it to authorities. Trinity categorically denies any wrong doing and will, of course, fully cooperate with law enforcement in investigating Carra’s latest allegations.

May said Wednesday that the complaint has not yet been served on Trinity, but that Trinity vehemently denies the allegations and believes them to be frivolous. Details of the incident provided by Crouch, and details in the suit, are “materially different,” May said, and “(m)oreover, Ms. Crouch’s allegations are completely at odds with what she told her mother. These multiple versions undermine her credibility and support our position that Trinity has certainly done nothing wrong. Unfortunately, such meritless lawsuits have become commonplace in our society, and accordingly, Trinity will fully and vigorously defend itself.”
This suit — alleging sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligence – is the latest, explosive salvo in a legal battle raging among TBN family members. Carra Crouch is the younger sister of Brittany Koper, who has accused the mighty Christian broadcaster of playing fast and loose with the ministry’s millions, and provided internal documents to back up her claims.
Carra Crouch’s lawyer is Michael Koper, Brittany Koper’s husband, who is himself the target of several TBN lawsuits claiming financial improprieties from when he worked at Trinity.
The Register does not usually identify victims of sexual assault, but Carra Crouch wants to tell her story so justice can be done, she said.
She didn’t cry when recounting the sequence of events that night, but she did cry when she recounted the aftermath. “I definitely feel angry,” she said. “Nobody once asked me, ‘Carra are you O.K.?’ Why didn’t anybody care? If I saw something like that happen to a little girl, even if I didn’t know her, I would do something. And I’m their granddaughter. How could you just not care all?”
ATLANTA TELETHON
In the spring of 2006, Trinity held its spring fund-raising telethon at its Atlanta studios. Carra Crouch accompanied her grandmother to Georgia for the event, according to the suit. Trinity paid for Crouch’s airline ticket, as well as a hotel room that she had all to herself.
The 30-year-old TBN employee, who Crouch had known for years, wound up in her room and ordered a bottle of wine from room service on Trinity’s account (“Trinity Broadcasting makes a regular practice of providing alcohol to its employees during business meetings”), the suit alleges. He coerced her to drink it “in an attempt to get her intoxicated,” and she did, it says. She asked him to leave her room, and he responded by giving her a glass of water to “help her feel better.”
Carra Crouch drank the glass of water and passed out immediately, according to the suit. When she awoke the next morning, the man was lying next to her, there was blood on the bed sheets, and she had “severe pain and soreness in her body in places which indicated she had been molested and raped,” it alleges. She locked herself in the bathroom and screamed at the man to leave her room, and returned to California that day.
That glass of water, Crouch now believes, contained a date rape drug which caused her to pass out.
FALLOUT
Despite whatever doubts officials may have had, Trinity soon fired the man that Carra Crouch accused of the assault, according to the suit.

I cant believe that the public really thinks that they know these people in Hollywood and have the audacity to argue with me about Hollywood Mystic Satanism and the Hollywood Illuminati.
I guess that people assume that simply because they watch a film and some carefully scripted publicist controlled interviews on ABC that this makes them an expert on celebrities. Even though an A-List Screen Actor will usually do about 1 film per year and about 2 or 3 interviews, that total a whole 140 minutes of public screen time, the public feels that they can understand the Hollywood Illuminati simply from a measly 140 minutes (screen time in films & on aire interviews)!
The public doesn’t seem to realize that unless you are an Illuminati insider (not a tabloid reporter) that one can not make an educated guess on if an actor is holy or good simply from watching the actor in a 110 minute film or from a 30 minute interview. I have news for the public; these people have lives outside of a 110 minute film project. What do they do with the rest of their time and lives when they do not have a film in theaters?

I knew Sage and I knew Sage because his uncle and I shared a client for many years.
I have been in a constant fight with Sly Stallone’s Brother, because of the circles that he would run around with in Hollywood and his method of using screen writers to bang out scripts and then selling the script to the mafia for a ridiculously low price, started to cut into my bank account because he did this with a screen writer from Santa Monica, Ca and it was a screen writer that I happened to manage along with Sly Stallone’s Brother.
I would say that I met Sage around 1999 and hung out with him, off and on, til about 2011.

Sylvester Stallone, is actually quite talented. He is an actor, a writer and even a journalist. Sage would tell me how his father would often freelance write his own movie reviews in publications and has done this since the first Rocky film.
Sage also would get mad at his father and tell me his father’s dirty secrets over glasses of wine in Studio City…like the fact that Sylvester Stallone had a penis implant and it added 2 inches onto his 7 inch cock making it 9 inches. Sage told me that Sylvester Stallone took steroids, was very vain, shallow, conceited and even injected himself with Human Growth Hormones because he didn’t want to age.
