A down-on-his-luck soap-opera actor took his own life this week after he was forced to put his beloved dog to sleep under pressure from his Upper West Side condo and became wracked by grief, pals said.
Nick Santino euthanized his dog, Rocco, Tuesday — on Santino’s 47th birthday. That night, his guilt over the gut-wrenching decision became too much to bear.
“Today I betrayed my best friend and put down my best friend,” a despondent Santino wrote in a suicide note, said close friend Stuart Sarnoff.
“Rocco trusted me and I failed him. He didn’t deserve this.”
The Brooklyn-born Santino — a struggling actor whose TV credits include “All My Children” and “Guiding Light” — adopted Rocco from a shelter several years ago.
The man, raised in an orphanage and foster homes, soon began to write about his pet on Facebook, writing, “I did not rescue Rocco, Rocco rescued me.”
But in 2010, his building at 1 Lincoln Plaza announced strict new dog regulations, including a ban on pit bulls. The ban didn’t apply to pit bulls already in the building, but friends and neighbors said Santino began to be harassed.
“People were complaining about his dog,” said neighbor Kevan Cleary, 63, an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School. “It was open season on him.”
Rocco couldn’t ride in the main elevators and wasn’t allowed to be left in the apartment alone for more than nine hours.
Santino was then threatened with a $250 fine for having a barking dog, neighbors said.
“The dog was not a barker, but somebody complained that the dog would bark,” Cleary said.
“He felt like he was in this battle because he was the only guy in the building with a pit-bull mix,” Cleary added.
Another neighbor, Lia Pettigrew, who runs a pet-care company, said, “Everybody knows that he had been harassed by the building management.”
The building’s management refused to comment yesterday.
After months of increasing anguish, Santino had the healthy dog put to sleep Tuesday.
Neighbors said a tearful Santino brought dog treats to the building’s doorman and said: “Give these to the other dogs. Rocco is no more.”
Dog owner James Steven Grant said Santino left two rawhide bones on his doorstep and earlier was seen tearfully giving away Rocco’s fluffy bed.
“Rocco was the sweetest dog in the world. Rocco wouldn’t hurt a fly,” Grant said.
A veterinarian told Santino that Rocco was becoming aggressive — and Santino blamed it on his own depression.
He spent Tuesday in agony over what he had done to Rocco.

The last phone call he made was to a former girlfriend at 2 a.m. Wednesday. Later that day, police found his body in his bedroom. He had overdosed on pills.

Triple Murderer Caught After His Victim Posted FACEBOOK MESSAGE Moments Before Her Death
Octavia Barnett posted a message on the social network site that said her ex-boyfriend Lineten Belizaire was at the door of her home in Florida.
Minutes later the 21-year-old was shot dead along with her friend Natasha Plummer and her six-month-old son Carlton Stringer Jr.
Barnett’s 11-month-old son and the suspected killer was the only survivor of the shooting spree.
The toddler was found in his dead mother’s arms. Belizaire is thought to be his father and police believe he spared his son.
A neighbor who lived below the women at the Somerset Condominiums, Lauderdale Lakes, said she heard gunshots early that Sunday morning and later discovered blood dripping through the ceiling.
Police said a Facebook posting by Barnet directly led them to Belizaire.
Investigators revealed part of the posting in which Barnett wrote the phrases ‘open the door’ and ‘who is it’.
In the same message, she addressed her 11-month-old son, writing that ‘your daddy came back from out of town from 4monthes [sic] ago better late then [sic] never’.
Police said the Facebook posting was crucial in leading them to a suspect.
‘Octavia Barnett’s last posting actually pointed to the suspect, and thankfully she did that because that one post on Facebook could be the thing that brings justice to this case,’ said Broward County Sheriff Al Lamberti.
‘There was no 911 call at that time. There was an entry on her Facebook page indicating he was at her door.
‘We believe that shortly after that post is when the incident occurred.’
Police used the Facebook post during their investigation said spokesman Sgt Dave Elwood.
‘I don’t know if that was her intention at the time. I don’t know if she had a feeling or some kind of premonition, but it definitely has become helpful in this case, extremely,’ Elwood said.
Belizaire has the same last name as the 11-month-old boy whose life was spared by the killer.
Lineten Belizaire’s name is on the child’s birth certificate.
The bodies of the three victims were found inside Barnett’s home in Lauderdale Lakes.
Neighbors in the apartment complex said they heard multiple gunshots in the victim’s apartment on the day of the murders.
Police also said Carlton Stringer Sr went to the apartment to check on the women and as soon as he stepped in he realized something was wrong.
He called police soon after and they made the grisly discovery.
Lamberti said that when police got into the Somerset Drive apartment, ‘they found a crime scene that even the most veteran detectives would have a tough time dealing with’.
Records show Belizaire was arrested in 2008 in Miami-Dade for aggravated assault with a firearm stemming from a domestic violence incident.
Prosecutors dropped the case after the victim failed to appear at depositions after being given notices six times, said Miami-Dade State Attorney spokesman Ed Griffith.
The victim in that case was not Barnett.
Belizaire has been charged with three counts of first degree murder.

A Florida man has been arrested for allegedly hacking to death a Connecticut man and eating the victim’s eye and part of his brain, police said Wednesday. Tyree Lincoln Smith, 35, was arrested Tuesday night on a Connecticut warrant for murder, according to police in Lynn Haven, Fla. A property inspector discovered the body of Angel L. Gonzalez on Friday on the third floor of an abandoned home in Bridgeport, Conn., according to that city’s police department. A medical examiner determined that the cause of death was blunt head trauma and ruled Gonzalez’s death a homicide.
On Monday a cousin of Smith’s in Connecticut contacted the Bridgeport police about Gonzalez’s death. She told detectives that Smith had arrived at her house Dec. 15 and said he wanted to “get blood on his hands” before going to a park and then to the abandoned home, where he used to live, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.
The next day, Smith returned to the cousin’s house with blood on his pants, hands and an axe, the affidavit said. Smith’s cousin said he told her that he was sleeping on a porch at the abandoned home when we was awakened by a Hispanic man and invited inside. Then Smith described beating the man’s face and head with the axe and collecting one of his eyes, a piece of his skull some of his brain matter, which he consumed in a nearby cemetery, the affidavit said. The cousin told detectives she called Smith’s mother, who notified police on Dec. 16 that they may want to check the abandoned home and that her son had “mental issues,” the affidavit said.
Smith had left Connecticut for Florida on Friday on a Greyhound Bus, the cousin told detectives. Police and Smith’s relatives reached Smith by telephone, and in a recorded call Smith admitted that he had been at the abandoned house and that he told a relative that he had killed the man, according to the affidavit.

Out of respect for The Hunters and their family, we would appreciate pulling the disparaging post.
Williams’ decision comes shortly after her husband, Kevin Hunter, was leaked to have been involved in a slew of secret rendezvous’ with a transvestite prostitute, professionally known as Monica. The same Kevin Hunter who we have a sex tape of him romping with a hood rat groupie (thanks Necole). The same Kevin Hunter who who was accused of sexual harassment and creating a hostile workplace….. Seem like a pattern to us!

Chaos broke out after an arraignment Saturday afternoon in downtown Detroit.
Words were exchanged between the families of the victim and the defendant as they exited the courthouse.
A woman connected to the defendant grabbed a tripod from our sister station WXYZ-TV, slammed it into the cement and ripped one of the legs off.
As the argument rolled on, the woman brandished the tripod leg and then made a threat.
“Stand back cameraman, because I’m going to kill these [EXPLETIVE]“, the woman said.
The wild scene took place minutes after 35-year-old Jacob Wells was arraigned on murder charges. He is accused of shooting and killing 21-year-old nursing student Claudia Benson last weekend outside a Detroit bar and grill.
The families of both the victim and the defendant were in court.
No punches were thrown, and there were attempts to quell the fighting. Eventually, both sides went their separate ways.
Court security would not come outside, telling WXYZ that outside the building is not their responsibility.
911 was called, but the fight had broken up by the time Detroit police arrived.
“She attacked us,” said Alecha Benson, Claudia Benson’s mother. “They’re a bunch of maniacs and animals to do this, no remorse at all.”

Here’s where my story begins, ever since as a young boy I saw Prince and I knew he was gay. My brother took me to a Prince concert. I was impressed, I thought Prince was a good performer.
I grew up in a musical household so I knew my music. As a kid my older brothers and my uncle collected records my uncle had like ten thousand records, he had everything. I was a kid in the 80′s but I knew my music.
I knew when I saw Prince he reminded me of Little Richard, Sly Stone, James Brown, Jimi Hendrix, Michael Jackson, Foster Sylvers, Sugafoot from the Ohio Players, Patrice Rushen, Parliament Funkadelic, and Rick James.
Not yet in my teens and I knew where he was getting his flavor from and I loved it. Prince was rude and I wasn’t allowed to listen to his music so you know I did. Run DMC didn’t have explicit lyrics in their songs, Prince did and he also had girl groups like Vanity 6, Apollonia, Shelia E, all of his girl groups showed their and sung dirty songs and I loved it. Dr. Allison then made the following important observation, “Child development specialists have long considered that it takes an average of seven years for any child to develop the personality that will be theirs for life. The personality of a child less than seven is too fragile to absorb life threatening trauma without reacting in some fashion. Obviously not all children react to early trauma by dissociating, but those who do develop psychological entities which are different than those created at an older age.” [50]

However, this one particular young lady that I had befriended discovered that this Hamilton Boy that she gotten out of prison and married suffered severe and uncontrollable MPD. At this time, MPD had been a clinically extremely rare and acknowledged occurrence.
On one hand, he was an upcoming Black Messiah of the Revolution, then the next moment, a woman. She often found him in bed dressed in her sexy lingerie going through personality changes. I saw the young man maybe once or twice. I checked for any public records of the marriage, dissolution and restraining orders that I knew some records had existed at the time, but I couldn’t find anything. It seemed the records had been wiped clean.
In a round and about way, I had recently asked her about her activity in general with Dr. Hamilton’s BCA project at Vacaville for a personal study of the time. BATESON’s associate, Dr. Haley, was also a Stanford Research Institute (SRI) renowned Master Hypnotist at Stanford Medical School along with Dr. Hamilton.[44] Dr. Allison appeared in Santa Cruz at the same time that the city became the Deranged/Satanic Mass Murder Capital of the United States; [45] and Neuro-linguistic Programming was being developed commercially for mass consumption at the University of Santa Cruz by Dr. BATESON, Richard Bandler and John Grinder.[46]
If you believe your lying eyes, Dr. Allison just happened to be in the right position to diagnose and treat a sudden appearance of females suffering MPD and satanic possession in Santa Cruz. Dr. Allison expertise and specialties are DSM-IV MPD, DID, and Psychological (SATANIC-LUCIFERIAN) Exorcism.[47]
In 1995, Dr. Allison produced a very interesting and suspect abstract for several reasons. One, Dr. Allison admitted that dissociates such as what were being created by stress-trauma were usually “highly hypnotizable individuals”. Second, he proposed that if the first dissociation (sufficient trauma to dissociate) was before the age of seven, a condition that should be called MPD will be created. “MPD should be reserved for those dissociators who suffer their first major psycho-sexual-physical assault (emphasis. mine) before their seventh birthday…They feel too immature or untrained to defend themselves with physical means, so they resort to making defenders of their bodies within their minds.”[48]
Dr. Allison continued, “If the first dissociation occurred after the seventh birthday, a condition that should be called Dissociate Identity Disorder (DID) will be created…DID should be reserved for those who suffer the first assault to which they respond by a defensive dissociative after their seventh birthday.”[49]
Dr. Allison then made the following important observation, “Child development specialists have long considered that it takes an average of seven years for any child to develop the personality that will be theirs for life. The personality of a child less than seven is too fragile to absorb life threatening trauma without reacting in some fashion. Obviously not all children react to early trauma by dissociating, but those who do develop psychological entities which are different than those created at an older age.” [50]
Dr. Allison further explains of the role of the Inter Self Helper in the mind of a MPD, “In the younger group, which I call MPD multiples, the first entity to dissociate from the Birth Personality (BP) is the Inter Self Helper (ISH). The ‘Mind’ that is left I shall call the Original Personality (OP). The ISH is then the creator of all subsequent alter-personalities, no matter what type. The ISH creates them to assure the physical survival of the child, who is known to the ISH as his/her “charge”.[51]
Prior to the-this first source of inspiration, the “still small voice within” which I prefer to call the Essence of the patient. The ISH role is only a temporary “job assignment” for the essence, which desires to return to an original state of unity within the multiple’s mind. In the case of the MPD multiple, the second dissociate entity to form would be the False-Front alter personality. This must be created by the ISH to replace the (OP) which has been deemed by the ISH to be too inadequate to stay in social control of the body. It may be made completely compliant, cooperative without crying, and able to absorb abuse without responding angrily. This will be the child the abusive parent can continue to abuse without any adverse reactions being created.”[52]
In other words, if a child’s first major psycho-sexual-physical assault take place before seven (7) years old (impressionistic stage), the Birth Personality (ISH) act as a monitor/conductor to split off alterative front personalities (dissociates) according to additional programmed stresses with sufficient trauma to dissociate, each of which are highly hypnotizable.

The 25 accused members of the Wave Gang and 18 accused members of rival Hoodstarz have been terrorizing streets in Brooklyn with shootouts that led to the killing of three people and wounding of several others, New York Police Commissioner Raymond Kelly said.
The gang members, ages 15 to 21, bragged about the shootings on the social media sites Twitter, Facebook and YouTube, he said.
‘By linking their postings and boastings to active cases and other crimes, these officers were able to build their case,’ Mr Kelly said.
The police had to crack the code and learn the slang that the gang members used to talk about crimes over social networks.

Known as one of the most successful black filmmakers in Hollywood, Tyler Perry foresees a major shift in films starring an all African American cast.
Perry recently wrote an open letter on his site stemming from George Lucas’ recent statement on the lack of support that he received during the making of ‘Red Tails,’ stating that films starring an all black cast are on the verge of being extinct:
Unfortunately, movies starring an all African American cast are on the verge of becoming extinct. THAT’S RIGHT, EXTINCT! Ask any executive at a Hollywood Studio why, and most of them will tell you one of two things. The first thing they’ll say is that DVD sales have become very soft, so it’s hard for a movie with an all black cast to break-even. Secondly they’ll say, most movies are now dependent on foreign sales to be successful and most “black” movies don’t sell well in foreign markets. So what that means is you will begin to see less and less films that star an all black cast. Isn’t that sad in a 2012 America? Somewhere along the way we still haven’t realized that we are more alike then not.
I must tell you that I have been very fortunate to work with a studio that sees the value in my type of storytelling and filmmaking. As well as having you, an audience of all races of people, who have stood by me arm and arm. It has helped me navigate through some pretty rough waters.
I thought that as black people in Hollywood, this is just our reality, but I quickly realized that this is not racism. What made me realize this is I had a conversation with Mr. Star Wars himself, George Lucas, and he was telling me that he was having the same problem with Red Tails. I was blown away! Red Tails is an important story about, not just black history, but American history about the Tuskegee Airmen. It has an all-star African American cast, including Cuba Gooding Jr. and Terrence Howard, which opens this Friday. He went on to say that he brought the movie idea of Red Tails to several studios and no one wanted to make this film… AND THIS IS GEORGE LUCAS! Not to be deterred, he put up his own money, shot the movie then took it back to those same studios, and they wanted nothing to do with it. One of them even refused to see the film, citing the above mentioned problems. So George decided to take a huge risk by entirely funding the movie and releasing it himself. What a guy! For him to believe so strongly in this story is amazing. I think we should pull together and get behind this movie. I really do! Not just African Americans, but all of us. I have seen the movie and screened it here in Atlanta. I loved it and I think you will too. The Tuskegee Airmen, who were at the screening, were so happy that somebody is telling a small part of their story.
It opens this Friday. Please take your kids, you will enjoy it and so will they. There is a lot of action and adventure and also a great history lesson to be learned.

I must tell you that I have been very fortunate to work with a studio that sees the value in my type of storytelling and filmmaking. As well as having you, an audience of all races of people, who have stood by me arm and arm. It has helped me navigate through some pretty rough waters.
I thought that as black people in Hollywood, this is just our reality, but I quickly realized that this is not racism. What made me realize this is I had a conversation with Mr. Star Wars himself, George Lucas, and he was telling me that he was having the same problem with Red Tails. I was blown away! Red Tails is an important story about, not just black history, but American history about the Tuskegee Airmen. It has an all-star African American cast, including Cuba Gooding Jr. and Terrence Howard, which opens this Friday. He went on to say that he brought the movie idea of Red Tails to several studios and no one wanted to make this film… AND THIS IS GEORGE LUCAS! Not to be deterred, he put up his own money, shot the movie then took it back to those same studios, and they wanted nothing to do with it. One of them even refused to see the film, citing the above mentioned problems. So George decided to take a huge risk by entirely funding the movie and releasing it himself. What a guy! For him to believe so strongly in this story is amazing. I think we should pull together and get behind this movie. I really do! Not just African Americans, but all of us. I have seen the movie and screened it here in Atlanta. I loved it and I think you will too. The Tuskegee Airmen, who were at the screening, were so happy that somebody is telling a small part of their story.
It opens this Friday. Please take your kids, you will enjoy it and so will they. There is a lot of action and adventure and also a great history lesson to be learned.

Jesus spoke far ahead of his time relating to us what life would just prior to his coming. He says in Matt. 24:37-38: �But as the days of Noah were, so also will the coming of the Son of Man be. �For as in the days before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark,� (Gen.6-7). The earth being flooded? Certainly no one outside the Church believes this, since this would prove evolution is false.
Life will be normal until� It will occur during a time of prosperity when people are buying, selling, marrying, planting, and harvesting. This has to occur before the tribulation since the earth will be devastated by the judgments and wrath of God during the tribulation period. For example, Almost all the grass and trees will be destroyed and almost all the water will be turned to 'blood' (undrinkable) Those will NOT be normal times. They ate, drank, married right up until the time Noah entered the ark. Then the destruction of the flood suddenly came and they were destroyed. In Noah�s day there was plenty of warning, but no preparedness. Why? Because they didn't heed him, they mocked. Most of the Church has become indifferent about the second coming replacing it with Church triumphalism, making his kingdom on earth, but the bible clearly states the earth will be just like Noah's day, which is not a pretty scene.
It says they will be marrying and given in marriage. Today we see people being married and divorced multiple times. Mal. 2:16 �For the LORD God of Israel says that He hates divorce, for it covers one's garment with violence,� This has attributed to our societies breakdown, no commitment, no love.

They were reportedly the children born to the "Sons of God" by the "daughters of men". It is also most important to note that they are mentioned almost simultaneous to God's statement that He would destroy the earth by flood, and it seems from this association that their effect upon mankind was one of the primary justifications that brought the destruction.

The "giants" translation may have come from the Greek old testament where "nephilim" was "gegantes" which looks like "giant" but in modern Greek would be "titans". In Greek mythos, the titans were the supernaturally powerful offspring of gods and humans.
In Genesis 6 , where the global flood is described, it states that the Nephilim were also on the Earth afterward. Many therefore, assume that descriptions of giants in the Bible are references to Nephilim bloodlines. However, the only specific mention of Nephilim on the earth after the flood is part of the bad report from the spies in Numbers 13, a report that is called "bad" (or "evil") as in an unreliable source.

TAG TEAM DRUGS WOMEN FOR PORN-RAPE VIDEOS"
Nicole Benson got her hair done, packed her best clothes, and jumped into her cousin's car. The 24-year-old beauty with a button nose and mocha skin had the January 2006 weekend off from her job as a Navy communications specialist in Jacksonville. She was on her way to Miami for her first modeling audition.
Benson and her cousin checked into a North Miami Beach hotel. At 9 p.m., a talent scout named Antone picked her up and drove her to a beach. He pulled out a video camera and asked her to strip down to a bikini. Then he handed her three shots out of a Bacardi bottle. All she had to do was drink the liquor and deliver her lines for a chance at a hefty modeling contract.
She woke up the next morning in the same car. As Antone dropped her off at the hotel, he told her she had fallen asleep during the audition. It would be more than a year before Benson learned the horrible truth: She had been drugged and raped on camera by two men who later sold the assault as part of a porn series called Miami's Nastiest Nymphos.
But the whole story, uncovered by New Times through records and interviews, is even more nauseating. "Antone," who was actually an ex-Miami Beach cop named Lavont Flanders Jr., should have been in jail long before assaulting Benson and at least seven other victims. Prosecutors flubbed at least two chances to put him away:
• A complaint 15 years ago by a fellow cop that Flanders had tried to solicit her 13-year-old daughter, which resulted in his firing from the Miami Beach Police Department — but no criminal charges were filed.
• A 2007 Broward County case involving at least five victims, including Benson, that stalled and was eventually dropped.
Instead of going to prison, Flanders continued drugging women so his partner could rape them on film. After a Broward judge let him and his accomplice, Emerson Callum, out on bond in 2009, the pair assaulted at least three other women until the feds finally arrested them last year and a jury convicted the two in December on 32 counts related to drugging and raping women.
"They had them, and then they let them out on the street to go back to raping women and selling their videos," says Benson, whose real name New Times agreed not to use because she is a victim of sexual assault. "Why did it take so long?"
Broward prosecutors say they did their best to convict Flanders and Callum and had no choice but to let them go. "I'm not sure anyone dropped the ball," Assistant State Attorney Dennis Siegel says. "People are presumed innocent until proven guilty. They are entitled to bond."
Despite the federal conviction, Flanders's attorney maintains his client's innocence. "These girls knew exactly what they were getting into," Christian Dunham says.
Lavont Flanders Jr. was barely out of his teens when he joined the Opa-locka police force, but he already looked like an officer, with a handsome smile and a cop mustache. A few years later, he applied to work in Miami Beach.
Soon after joining that department, Flanders struck up a friendship with Angela Raines, a records center employee. In an interview with New Times, Raines recalls Flanders saying he had connections in the modeling industry and could help her 13-year-old daughter break in.
On April 2, 1997, Flanders phoned Raines's daughter and asked if she wanted to hang out with his teenage stepsisters. Angela at first insisted on going along, but her daughter convinced her that she was fine.
Flanders drove the girl around Miami Beach in a black Mustang. Then his beeper went off. "It's Jerry of Image Modeling," he said, according to internal affairs records. He told the teen that Image was looking for a young black girl to model for an underwear ad and promised her $200 if she posed for seminude photos.
When the girl repeatedly refused, Flanders drove her home, but not before asking a favor of his passenger: Don't tell your mother about this.
Flanders's charm failed. The girl told her mom about his creepy offer, and five days later, Raines filed a complaint with her bosses. IA investigators sustained charges that Flanders had lied to them and of conduct unbecoming a police officer. He was fired in October 1997.
But prosecutors never filed criminal charges against Flanders, though soliciting a child could have landed him at least five years in prison and a place on the sex offenders list. Miami-Dade state attorney officials say their office had no record of investigating the cop. (Raines says she would have cooperated in a criminal case.)
For Flanders, the incident foreshadowed the modeling scam he would use to entrap women for another decade.
Banned from police work, Flanders took a gig in 2002 with the Transportation Security Administration, patting down travelers at Miami International Airport. He left that job in 2004 and became a county bus driver.
It's not clear when Flanders teamed up with Emerson Callum, a Jamaican porn star called "Jah-T," to drug and rape women. But the two were likely collaborating by July 1, 2004, when the first installment of Miami's Nastiest Nymphos was released.
