Transgender 10-Year-Old, Jackie, Born A Boy, Happier As A Girl

urns out there are parents in the news who do the right thing. Jennifer and John of Ohio have a transgender 10-year-old child, and they support Jackie's decision to live life as a girl.

Since she was 18-months-old, "it was always dancing, dress-up, " says her mother Jennifer. Jackie loved the color pink and wearing ballerina outfits. She wanted sparkles and pretty shoes.

So when Jackie was about two-years-old, Jennifer started looking on the Internet, she tells "Good Morning America." That's when she first learned about transgender and started to wonder.

Jackie's sister, Sagan, was the first to ask if she really wanted to be a girl. "Yeah," she told her sister.

And when Jackie was just ten years old, she went to her mom, crying. "I'm a girl and I can't do this anymore," Jackie said. Without hesitation, Jennifer said, "It's gonna be okay." There was no judgment or disappointment.

Jackie's family abandoned the pronoun "he." At first, they only let her wear girls clothing at home, but eventually allowed her to live as a girl full-time, at school and elsewhere. When asked, Jackie's father John says he has two daughters.

But, not everyone in the family has been as accepting as Jackie's parents. Her grandfather is resistant. "I can not accept that a nine or ten-year-old can make decisions for himself that will be life lasting," he tells GMA.

Although Jackie's parents worry about the future -- things like puberty and how Jackie might be treated later in life at work -- for now, they are focused on her happiness. When Jackie looks in the mirror, all she sees is "a girl that's a person," she says.

US Government Takes Down HAARP Website to Conceal Evidence of US Weather Modification and Earthquake Inducing Warfare

(presscore.ca) The HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) website was down for over three weeks. (aircrap.org: The website is now back up – see the Update April 21, 2011 section below.) It was ordered taken down by the US government to conceal US weather modification and earthquake inducing warfare activities against foreign states. The HAARP website was publishing very damaging evidence of US military weather modification and earthquake triggering operations against foreign states. HAARP’s waterfall charts and magnetometer charts gave evidence of an ongoing weather war between the United States government and foreign states. The magnetometer presented concrete evidence that HAARP triggered the Japan earthquake and ensuing tsunami.

HAARP’s magnetometer can be used to predict as well as give evidence of a HAARP created earthquake. A magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere. HAARP was broadcasting a 2.5 Hz frequency (the signature frequency of an earthquake) from just before midnight on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. The 2.5 Hz frequency continued to be broadcasted and recorded by the magnetometer for another 10 hours the day of the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake.

Scientists at the HAARP institute discovered that a 2.5 Hz radio frequency is the signature frequency of an earthquake. Since this discovery the HAARP phased array antennas have been used by the US military to beam the earthquake frequency into the ionosphere and the ionosphere reflects it back to Earth – penetrating as deeply as several kilometers into the ground, depending on the geological makeup and subsurface water conditions in a targeted area.. By beaming the frequency at a specific trajectory HAARP can trigger an earthquake any place on Earth. A short burst isn’t enough to disturb solid matter (the Earth crust) so they keep beaming the 2.5 Hz earthquake frequency for hours or days – until the desired effect is achieved.

The Environmental Modification Convention (ENMOD) prohibits the military or other hostile use of environmental modification techniques. It opened for signature on 18 May 1977 in Geneva and entered into force on 5 October 1978. The Convention bans weather warfare, which is the use of weather modification techniques for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction.

Evidence from HAARP’s own website revealed that the US government was acting in violation of the ENMOD treaty – use of weather modification techniques (HAARP) for the purposes of inducing damage or destruction. HAARP broadcasting data published on the HAARP website coincided with a number of recent major catastrophes such as the 2010 Haiti earthquake, the 2010 heatwave in Russia, the major floorings in 2010 in China and Pakistan and the major earthquakes in Haiti and Japan – all occurred since US president and commander-in-chief of the United States military Barack Hussein Obama took office.

The Japan 9.0 earthquake offered the most damaging evidence of the US government using HAARP to induce major damage and destruction against a foreign state. HAARP’s magnetometer data showed the World that HAARP (jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy) began broadcasting the earthquake inducing frequency of 2.5 Hz on March 8, 2011 and continued to broadcast the frequency for the entire days of March 9, 2011 and March 10, 2011. HAARP wasn’t turned off until 10 hours after the Japan 9.0 magnitude earthquake that was triggered on Friday, March 11, 2011 at 05:46:23 UTC. Smaller earthquakes have continued for weeks without being registered on the HAARP magnetometer. Why? Because, as stated before a magnetometer measures disturbances in the magnetic field in Earth’s upper atmosphere. It is not a seismometer which measure motions of the ground. The magnetometer doesn’t measure seismic activity it measures and records electromagnetic frequencies in the Earth’s atmosphere. HAARP’s antenna array beams the 2.5 Hz earthquake inducing radio frequency into the atmosphere where a magnetometer can record and provide concrete evidence of a US weather modification and earthquake triggering attack against foreign states.

Still think that HAARP is just another wacky fictional conspiracy? The above listed patents should be enough to convince any intelligent person that HAARP is real and is now actively modifying our weather and triggering earthquakes. For those who are still not convinced, look to the United States Congress for proof. In order for HAARP to get funding the people who first created HAARP needed funding. That funding was made possible by the US government. If you were to look at Congressional records you would find documents that states just one of the many official purposes of HAARP – for penetrating the earth with signals bounced off of the ionosphere. Congress was informed by people in the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program that the bounced signals would be used to look inside the planet to a depth of many kilometers in order to locate underground munitions, minerals and tunnels. If you bounced the known earthquake signature signal (2.5 Hz) for a sustained period of time an earthquake could triggered many kilometers inside Earth’s crust. The U.S. Senate actually set aside $15 million dollars in 1996 (Clinton and Al Gore Administration) to develop this ability alone — earth-penetrating-tomography.

Update April 21, 2011

Under pressure from the International community the HAARP website is up again. No data is available from April 7 to April 12, 2011. Data before and after shows the signature frequency of an earthquake (2.5Hz) being transmitted. Also shows energy spikes which indicates active weather modification. Now that the website is up again you can view the data for the Japan earthquake at http://137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?20110311. From the magnetometer induction data you can see 2.5Hz (earthquake inducing frequency) being broadcasted and recorded for several days before the 9.0 magnitude earthquake. To see what a normal (no HAARP broadcasting) day looks like view the magnetometer charts for the days of March 15, 16 and 17 – March 16, 2011 http://137.229.36.30/cgi-bin/scmag/disp-scmag.cgi?date=20110316&Bx=on. No earthquake inducing broadcast was detected from March 15 to March 27, 2011. On March 28, 2011 a low powered broadcast was detected from approximately 12:00 am to 3:00 am. Broadcasting resumed on April 2, 2011. April 6, 2011 shows you what the magnetometer charts looks like when a solar storm blasts Earth. No data is available from April 7, 2011 to April 13, 2011 – a shutdown. Starting on April 15, 2011 and ending approximately 10:00 am April 16, 2011 the earthquake inducing frequency of 2.5Hz was detected being broadcasted.

Weather Modification

To detect active weather modification use the HAARP waterfall charts. Weather modification doesn’t require a long sustained activation and broadcast. Look at the chart for April 20, 2011. The chart is missing data for approximately 1 hour. Since PRESS Core has been studying and writing about HAARP and how to recognize a weather modification incident HAARP data is being censored in exactly the same manner as seen by the chart for April 20, 2011. The HAARP waterfall chart for July 28, 2010 (link image shown above) shows what a HAARP weather modification broadcast looks like. The tight color band from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM is evidence of a HAARP weather modification broadcast. That type of data is being deleted from the waterfall charts – see HAARP waterfall chart for April 20, 2011 – http://maestro.haarp.alaska.edu/data/spectrum2/data/last36_hf.gif

Several HF ionospheric heaters have been built in the course of the latest decades in order to study the ELF waves produced by the heating of the ionosphere with HF radiation. Currently, the HAARP heater is the most powerful ionospheric heater, with 3.6GW of effective power using HF heating beam, modulated at ELF (2.5Hz). High-power ELF radiation generated by modulated HF heating of the lower ionosphere, such as that produced by the current HAARP heater, can cause earthquakes, cyclones and strong localized weather.

Technology has threatened many jobs with extinction in the last few years: travel agents, thanks to Expedia; translators, thanks to Google; waiters, thanks to the iPad. But positions that involve a smile, a warm greeting, and a reassuring glance are less under threat, one would think. You'd be wrong. At one French airport, your friendly boarding agent has gone virtual.

At one gate in Paris' Orly airport, you may be greeted and wished a bon voyage by a hologram, rear-projected onto human-shaped plexiglass. The pilot project currently exists only at Hall 40, which sees 30 or 40 flights a day and around 1 million passengers a year, reports The Associated Press. It's part of Orly's attempt to modernize the gate.

The audiovisual marketing company L'Oeil du Chat ("the eye of the cat") filmed three human boarding agents to create the startlingly real projections.

"Children like it, it's fun. They're attracted to it and try to play with it," Didier Leroy, the airport's director of operations, told AP. Apparently very few "find it useless or just a gizmo."

But some find it a little unnerving. There's always the risk with digital avatars that they fall into the "uncanny valley." The uncanny valley hypothesis says that when a human replica looks nothing like a human, it's funny; when it looks perfectly like a human, it's amazing; but when it looks almost, but not quite, like a human, it creeps everybody out.

"It spooks me the way his eyes seem to follow you," Cedric Olivier, an Air France pilot, told AP.

TEEN MURDERS UNDERAGE GIRLFRIEND & HAS SEX WITH CORPSE"

TEEN MURDERS UNDERAGE GIRLFRIEND & HAS SEX WITH CORPSE"

The 18-year-old Broomfield man accused in the slaying of a 13-year-old girl admitted to several friends that he killed her.

Alexander Paul Pacheco is charged with first-degree murder in the slaying of Kelsey Shannon.

Her badly decomposed remains were found in a Broomfield drainage ditch.

An autopsy determined that Kelsey died as a result of “homicidal violence.”

Pacheco told a friend he strangled Shannon “until her eyes rolled back in her head.” He then stabbed her in the throat multiple times to make sure she was dead.

Pacheco admitted to a friend that he had sex with the corpse afterward until the body turned cold. He faces an additional charge of abuse of a corpse, based on that admission.

A friend of Pacheco told police that Pacheco took him to the area where he had dumped the body and said he wanted to retrieve a condom that he used after killing Kelsey. The friend told police that Pacheco also showed a lock of hair he kept in a tissue that he said belonged to Kelsey.

Pacheco visited the body several times in a watery marsh, according to police. Pacheco may have tried moving it with a sled to better hide it and also debated putting in a barrel filled with soda and bleach in the hopes it would eat away at the body. He said he could smash the teeth and spread them over Colorado so police couldn’t identify the remains through dental records.

On the last day of her life, Kelsey told her parents that she was going to go for a walk, after she and her parents had a disagreement about Kelsey’s relationship with Pacheco. She never returned home and was reported as a runaway.

Pacheco also told friends he wouldn’t get caught because she had written a “runaway” note.

sex box” to teach them that “contacting body parts can be pleasurable.”

BASEL, August 25, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Kindergarten children in Basel, Switzerland will be presented this year with fabric models of human genitalia in a “sex box” to teach them that “contacting body parts can be pleasurable.”

The kit for teachers to give sex-education lessons to primary school children uses models and recommends having children massage each other or to rub themselves with warm sand bags, accompanied by soft music, according to The Local, a Swiss newspaper in English.

“Children should be encouraged to develop and experience their sexuality in a pleasurable way,” Daniel Schneider, a deputy kindergarten rector for Basel who helped develop the sex ed curriculum along with experts, had said earlier this year.

He added, “It’s important that they learn to say no if they don’t want to be touched in a certain area.”

Education officials who have reportedly been flooded with over 3000 complaints from outraged parents have agreed to change the program’s name, but will do nothing to stop the materials from being distributed in schools, according to The Local.

Christoph Eymann, Basel education minister and member of the liberal democrat party (LDP), told the paper SonntagsBlick, “It was no doubt stupid to call it a ‘sex box’ – we will change that.

“But we will stick to our goal: to get across to children that sexuality is something natural. Without forcing anything upon them or taking anything away from their parents.”

Eymann said he understood that one line in the program, “touching can be enjoyed heartily,” could be misconstrued, but added, “It is not about ‘touch me, feel me.’

“We want to tell the children that there is contact that they may find pleasurable, but some that they should say ‘no’ to. Kids can unfortunately can become victims of sexual violence already at playschool age.”

Children should ideally be taught about sex at home, Eymann said, but since children lived in an “oversexualised society” in which pornography can be reached by young children through the internet, education officials need to respond to the realities of the day.

“Some primary school children,” he said, “know the TV schedule until 2am. We would like to offer these children firm support, which is often not available in the family. The box is only an aid. I trust the teachers to approach the material with care.”

Eymann has opposed requests from parents to exempt their children from the lessons, saying the government needs to use the schools to have unrestricted access to children.

“Primary school may be the only big audience that our society has,” he said. “The shared values that it teaches are very important. I would definitely like to keep this. The explanatory lesson can be portrayed in a way that doesn’t offend.”

Pro-family leaders in Europe have expressed their horror at the idea of presenting five year-old children with the program.

Daniel Trappitsch of the Citizens for Citizens association called the idea a “catastrophic development.” “Sex education, sure, but it shouldn’t been done this early and it certainly shouldn’t be obligatory,” he said. His group said they would fight the proposal.

‘Evil’: Attendees at prominent pro-pedophilia conference horrified by sessions

BALTIMORE, MD, August 23, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) – Pro-family advocates who attended a controversial pro-pedophilia conference in Baltimore last week say they were profoundly shaken by what they saw and heard.

“As a former law enforcement officer I’ve dealt with situations involving suicide, homicide and other violence. That said, I’ve never felt the level of spiritual oppression and evil that I felt in that room,” Liberty Counsel Action Vice President Matt Barber told LifeSiteNews.
"I've never felt the level of spiritual oppression and evil that I felt in that room,” Liberty Counsel Action Vice President Matt Barber told LifeSiteNews.

“These mental health ‘professionals,’ and self-described pedophile and ‘gay’ activists were inexplicably able to cavalierly discuss, in an almost dismissive way, the idea of child rape,” Barber said. “They used flowery, euphemistic psychobabble to give quasi-scientific cover to a discussion about the worst kind of perversion.”

The organization B4U-ACT sponsored the event in Baltimore last week, which was attended by pro-pedophile activists and mental health professionals. The conference examined the ways in which “minor-attracted persons” could be involved in a revision of the American Psychological Association (APA) classification of pedophilia.

Conference panelists included Fred Berlin of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Renee Sorentino of Harvard Medical School, John Sadler of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, and John Breslow of the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Speakers addressed the around 50 individuals in attendance on themes ranging from the notion that pedophiles are “unfairly stigmatized and demonized” by society to the idea that “children are not inherently unable to consent” to sex with an adult. Also discussed were arguments that an adult’s desire to have sex with children is “normative” and that the APA’s Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) ignores the fact that pedophiles “have feelings of love and romance for children” in the same way adult heterosexuals and homosexuals have romantic feelings for one another.

In an interview with LifeSiteNews (LSN), Liberty University Visiting Professor of Law Judith Reisman, who attended the conference, said that “post the ‘landmark’ Lawrence v. Texas decision in 2003, paraphrasing Justice Antonin Scalia, everything goes.”

“I go into detail on this in my last book, ‘Sexual Sabotage,’” she said. “Following Alfred Kinsey ‘sexologists’ began to occupy our schools, so that educated professionals have largely been trained to be a form of sexual anarchists.”

“Although the stupidity of advocating harmless amoral sexuality overwhelms us daily, our arrogant ‘educated’ populations say morality has no place in our sexual lives,” Reisman said. “Just as AIDS is a natural outgrowth of amoral sexual education and media, so too is child sexual abuse. We are breeding a new human character and child sexual abuse is increasingly part of that character.”

“I, for one, have had enough,” Barber told LifeSiteNews. “These sexual anarchists, whatever their perverse stripe, need to leave our children alone and let kids be kids.”

“They know that to own the future, they must own the minds of our children,” he said. “Hence, groups like B4U-ACT, the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, Planned Parenthood and the like, utilize academia, from pre-school to post-graduate, in order to brainwash and indoctrinate.”

As previously reported by LSN, B4U-ACT classifies pedophilia as simply another sexual orientation and decries the “stigma” attached to pedophilia. B4U-ACT science director Howard Kline has criticized the definition of pedophilia by the American Psychological Association, describing its treatment of “minor-attracted persons” as “inaccurate” and “misleading.”

Similar lobbying, then by homosexual activists, led to the declassification of homosexuality as a mental disorder in 1973 in the DSM. As a result of the DSM declassification, debate regarding homosexuality and the many documented harms associated with the homosexual lifestyle has been all but shut down in academic psychological circles.

HORRIFIC & GRUESOME MURDER-3 BLACK WOMEN KIDNAPPED AT THE SAME TIME"

When police arrested Kermit Smith, a 23-year-old white man charged with the murder of a Black North Carolina cheerleader, "His hands were so bloody, he looked like he'd been killing hogs," Halifax County Sheriff W.C. Bailey alleged.

Smith was arrested at an abandoned gravel pit where he had dumped the sexually abused nude body of 15-year-old Freshman-Whelette Collins, one of the three black cheerleaders abducted from the campus the day before.

Whelette Collins, 15, (3rd photo), Marie Woods, 19, (first photo) and Dawn Killen, 19, (center) were about to leave campus in Collins' car when Smith drew a gun and forced Killen and Woods into the trunk, while he forced Collins to ride inside with him, police reported.

Smith parked the car and forced Collins into the woods. After brutally raping her, Smith smashed her head between 2 cinder blocks-killing her.

Smith returned alone and opened the trunk, the young women hit him over the head with a wrench and began to kick him and punch him in the stomach.

After escaping, the women led police back to the site.

Smith was convicted and executed by lethal injection-five years later.

Gaddafi Family Nanny Describes Physical Abuse At Son's Seaside Condo

With its panoramic views and opulent furniture, the seaside home of Hannibal Gaddafi more closely resembles a luxury resort than a private residence. But a closer inspection of the home following Libyan rebels' ransacking has now revealed some of the unspeakable horrors to have allegedly taken place on its premises -- even among those trusted to take care of the colonel's grandchildren.

As CNN is reporting, Shweyga Mullah, an Ethiopian woman who'd been working as a nanny to Hannibal's two children, claims she suffered brutal abuse at the hands of Hannibal's wife, Aline.

"She took me to a bathroom and tied my hands behind my back, and tied my feet," the 30-year-old Mullah told CNN, before describing having been scalded after she refused to beat Hannibal's son young when he wouldn't stop crying. "She tied my mouth...and she started pouring the boiling water on my head like this."

Mullah, whose wounds appeared to be in desperate need of medical attention, said she was never paid for her work. "I worked for a whole year; they didn't give me one penny," she noted. "She said, 'No money for you. You just work.'"

This is one of the many times I completely lose patience with the cable news media machine! How dare CNN put on this story without making it clear that they are immediately taking this woman for help and treatment. This news crew and reporter are no better than the savages who did and do these things daily. As I say, I am hoping the news hungry, all-about-getting-myself-on-camera reporter and his crew hopped to it and got her medical treatment. If so, then at least this disgusting invasion of her suffering would potentially yield some merit.

She should have been paid by who was interviewing her for a story they will profit from how greedy can you get?

20 minutes ago (2:20 PM)
HEY CNN, could you not have paid her for her interview so she could go to the hospital. What did you do, throw her a half bottle of mecurecone. SAPS!!!!

Hispanics surpass blacks in college enrollment

Hispanics surpassed blacks in 2010 to become the second-largest racial or ethnic group of young adults in America’s colleges, according to a new analysis of Census Bureau data.

The number of Hispanic college students ages 18 to 24 rose by a remarkable 24 percent in one year, to 1.8 million, according to a report released Thursday by the Pew Hispanic Center. The federal Current Population Survey found 7.7 million white college students in that age group, 1.7 million black students and 800,000 Asian Americans.

Black students still outnumber Hispanics in the overall college population, which includes older adults.

The population of young Hispanic college students more than doubled since 2000. And the reason is not just growth in the overall population of young Hispanics, which grew 38 percent in that time.

Hispanics are succeeding in U.S. schools at unprecedented levels. The share of young Hispanics completing high school hit 73 percent in 2010, up from 60 percent in 2000, according to Census Bureau data. The share of young Hispanics attending college reached 32 percent last year, up from 22 percent in 2000.

“This is a growing population, but it’s more than that,” said Richard Fry, a senior research associate at Pew. “This is a growing population that is increasingly finishing high school and increasingly going to college. . . . There’s a good message here.”

This milestone was foreshadowed by trends in public high schools, where Hispanics overtook blacks among graduates in 2008, Fry said.

Black students are succeeding in high school and college at higher rates, as well. But the overall black population is not rising at the same pace as the Hispanic population.

The population of non-Hispanic young adult white college students, in contrast, declined by 320,000 in 2010. The overall population of young non-Hispanic whites peaked in 2008 and is in modest retreat. Whites were more likely to attend college in 2010 than in 2000, but the gains have been comparatively small.

Hispanics are more likely than other groups to enroll at two-year community colleges. President Barack Obama has gotten a fresh update on Hurricane Irene fema

AP/The Huffington Post) WASHINGTON — President Barack Obama has gotten a fresh update on Hurricane Irene from his emergency management team.

He's asking to be kept alerted to developments throughout the day and overnight as the storm makes it way up the East Coast.

The White House says Obama made clear that the hurricane's impact will be felt throughout the weekend and beyond and the government stands ready to aid states and communities in the storm's path.

Among those on the conference call on Saturday morning were Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and Federal Emergency Management Agency chief Craig Fugate.

They updated the president on the storm's intensity, its anticipated track and the resources in position along the East Coast ahead of the hurricane's arrival.

Obama visited the Federal Emergency Management Agency's command center for Hurricane Irene.

The center helps coordinate the government's response to natural disasters such as this weekend's hurricane.

Casino Royale Attack: Mexico Reeling From Deadly Violence

MONTERREY, Mexico — Hundreds of soldiers and federal agents are raiding casinos in this northern city, authorities said Saturday, two days after an arson attack on a gambling house killed 52 people and stunned a country that had become numb to massacres and beheadings.

Security forces had so far confiscated about 1,500 slot machines at 11 casinos in Monterrey and its surroundings and arrested three people, Mexico's tax agency said. It said the continuing operation was meant to verify whether casinos had paid taxes or introduced slot machines illegally.

Thursday's arson attack by gunmen was a macabre milestone in a conflict that the government says has claimed more than 35,000 lives since President Felipe Calderon launched an offensive against drug cartels in late 2006. Others put the death toll near 40,000.

The torching of the Casino Royale has raised questions over Mexico's regulatory controls for fast-spreading gambling houses.

Authorities have not been able to reach the owners of two companies pointed out as titleholders of the casino. Jorge Domene, security spokesman for Nuevo Leon state, said an order to appear before state police has been issued for owners of the two companies, CYMSA Corp. and Vallarta Attractions and Emotions.

Casino Royale's legal representative, Juan Gomez, told reporters that the shareholders of the business were Jorge Alberto and Raul Rocha Cantu. They will meet with police when authorities set the time, Gomez said.

Their family members have been prohibited from leaving the city, he said without offering details.

During the raids, which began Friday, about 700 soldiers, federal police and Treasury Department agents seized slot machines and put them in moving trucks.

Authorities did not say the raids were related to the arson. But one of the casinos searched was also registered under Vallarta Attractions and Emotions, according to the gaming unit of Mexico's Interior Department. Information of the other locations was not immediately available.

Federal police deployed 1,500 offiers and sent Black Hawk helicopters to the state to step up security in this industrial metropolis of more than 4 million people. The Mexican army said it was sending in 1,500 soldiers.

Mayor Fernando Larrazabal said the Casino Royale and other 12 casinos violated municipal laws and were allowed to remain open after obtaining federal court injunctions.

The casino had been attacked twice before, including an incident in May when gunmen strafed it from the outside. Last month, gunmen killed 20 people at a bar in Monterrey.

Cartels often extort casinos and other businesses, threatening to attack them or burn them to the ground if they refuse to pay. But Gomez, the owners' representative, said the Casino Royale had not received extortion threats.

Speaking at a news conference televized by Milenio Television, he also said the casino had the appropriate permits and met safety standards.

Authorities have not blamed a specific drug-trafficking organization for the casino attack. But the city has been ensnared in a turf battle between the Gulf cartel and its offshoot, the Zetas, and is on track for record levels of killings this year.

A surveillance tape showed the Casino Royale building engulfed in flames in little more than two minutes after eight or nine men arrived in four cars carrying canisters into the building.

Authorities said they were still investigating whether the casino's emergency exits were blocked. But many bodies were found in offices and the bathrooms, indicating the victims were expecting a shootout.

"They sought places to protect themselves from firearms," said Jorge Camacho Rincon, the state civil protection director. "They went running to closed areas."

Most died of smoke inhalation and were found clutching cellphones, a law enforcement official who wasn't authorized to be quoted by name told The Associated Press.

Gomez said it was not the company's responsibility to compensate survivors and families of the dead.

"The casino will contribute in what it can, but it is not the company's responsibility because it did not cause this incident. The causes were beyond our control" Gomez said.

Saturday was the second day of mourning declared by Calderon, who labeled the attack the worst against civilians in the nation's recent history.

"We are facing true terrorists who have gone beyond all limits," Calderon said.

Mexicans have endured plenty of horrific crimes during their country's five-year offensive against cartels.

But the casino attack had a major impact because many of the victims were from the middle class, and not cartel foot soldiers or migrants who have become the usual targets, said Jorge Chabat, an expert in safety and drug trafficking at the Center for Research and Teaching in Economics.

"We're talking about an attack on a civilian population of a certain income," he said. "Because who was there was from the middle class, the upper middle class of an important city in Mexico."

Calderon is offering a $2.4 million reward for information leading to the capture of the casino's attackers, the same amount offered for the arrest of top drug lords. Authorities had sketches of three of the men based on interviews with 16 survivors of the fire.

The U.S. consulate in Monterrey issued an emergency message for Americans following the attack and warned consular employees and their families to avoid casinos, adult clubs and similar places "that have been targets for violence

UFO Sightings Increase 67 Percent In 3 Years, History Channel Investigates Unexplained Aerial Phenomena

WELL MY WIFE HAD A DREAM ABOUT 3WEEKS AGO ABOUT HOW WHEN SHE LOOKED UP THERER WHERER SAUCER SHAPED SHIPS ALL OVER HEAD NOW THIS WOW THIS IZ STRANGE WE R TRULY LIVIN IN THE END TIMES THE SON OF GOD IZ ON HIS WAY BACK

Unemployment, gas prices, and fear over global warming aren't the only things skyrocketing -- so are mysterious objects rocketing through the sky.

The Mutual UFO Network -- the largest privately funded UFO research organization in the world -- tells The Huffington Post that more people than ever are reporting unidentified flying objects, mostly in the United States and Canada.

"Over the past year, we've been averaging 500 sighting reports a month, compared to about 300 three years ago [67 percent]," MUFON international director Clifford Clift said.

"And I get one or two production companies contacting me every week, wanting to do stories on UFOs."

So far this week, mysterious aerial lights in Laredo, Texas, and Kansas City, MO., lived up to, at least initially, the strict definition of UFOs, namely "Unidentified" Flying Objects.

That, of course, doesn't mean that little green men are watching us. It's generally accepted that 95 percent of all sightings are easily dismissed. Some turn out to be conventional aircraft, others are satellites or weather balloons -- and then there are the hoaxers with Photoshopped concoctions.

In the case of the Kansas City sighting, the UFOs turned out to be the Army Golden Knights parachuting team, performing a nighttime jump. But the explanation for the blinking light over Laredo is still up for grabs.

However, the remaining 5 percent of all UFO reports aren't as easily explained. And many of them are reported by commercial and military pilots. These were examined on "Secret Access: UFOs On The Record," a new History Channel documentary that premiered on Thursday.

WATCH: UFOs OVER KANSAS CITY:

The program was based on Leslie Kean's New York Times bestseller, UFOs: Generals, Pilots and Government Officials Go On The Record.

"There's a great case from South America where a commercial flight was over the Andes after dark, cabin lights were on and everybody on one side of the airplane was looking out at this lighted object that was approaching them at their altitude," said Richard Haines, a former research scientist from the NASA Ames Research Center.

"The closer it got, the dimmer the cabin lights became. Well, that's an interesting electromagnetic effect."

Haines was once a UFO skeptic until he started hearing reports from commercial pilots who shared their UFO experiences with him. He eventually created an organization called the National Aviation Reporting Center on Anomalous Phenomena (NARCAP), which serves as a confidential reporting venue for pilots, crews and air traffic controllers who are otherwise afraid to make UFO reports.

"I was trying to be a conscientious scientist and let the chips fall where they may and I immediately found a great deal of bias and fear by people who shouldn't be afraid. Science should not be afraid," Haines told The Huffington Post.

Haines and his NARCAP colleagues prefer to use the term unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) to include "a wide range of atmospheric phenomena and effects that might well be extraterrestrial craft, but they might well be something quite different that science doesn't understand yet."

Pilots have reported different types of brushes with unexplained objects, according to Haines' years of discussions with them.

"One is an encounter where the airplane is flying along, minding its own business, usually on autopilot, when the phenomenon will come alongside, approach the airplane, pace it, sometimes do maneuvers around it and then fly away," Haines said.

"That's very important because it implies an intelligence behind the phenomena that is selecting the airplane as a focus of attention or interest," he added.

And that seems to be what happened during a highly publicized 1986 case where a Japan Airlines 747 crew was flying over Alaska when they encountered and reported two UFOs pacing their airplane to Anchorage air traffic controllers. Then the pilot reported the appearance of a third, huge circular craft.

WATCH THE JAPAN AIRLINES UFO ENCOUNTER:

"When the controller checked with military people, they said they did have a target [on radar] -- not just one target, but a double primary target," said John Callahan, former head of the Federal Aviation Administration's Accidents, Evaluations and Investigations Division in the 1980s.

"When the pilot first reported the UFO, he said it was a huge ball of light and about four times bigger than the 747 he was flying," Callahan told The Huffington Post.

The more than 30-minute close encounter ended when the UFO vanished. But the most telling part of this case is the aftermath when Callahan was contacted by the CIA.

"I get a call from this guy in the CIA who tells me he wants to talk to me about the UFO. I said, 'What UFO?' He said, 'The one that was in Alaska.'"

The next day, Callahan found himself at a meeting with individuals from Pres. Ronald Reagan's scientific staff, the CIA and FBI, where he was told to hand all the materials about the case over to them.

"After I showed them the materials three times, one of the scientists stood up asking questions about the radar. Finally, another man stepped forward and said, 'OK,' and he pointed to the screen and said, 'This event never happened. We were never here. We're confiscating all this data and you're all sworn to secrecy.'

"I asked him what he thought it [the object] was, and he said, 'It's a UFO. Look at them [pointing to the scientists], they're drooling and can't wait to get into this data. This is the first time they ever had more than a minute of radar data on a UFO before.'"

Callahan says he then urged the CIA agent to let him contact the media about the UFO event. "'Oh, you can't do that!' he said. I asked why not? He said, 'It would frighten the American public -- they can't know about this.' So they picked up all the stuff and left," Callahan recalled.

The former FAA official (pictured left with author Leslie Kean) thinks that Earth is being visited by aliens.

"Oh, I think we really are. And the government doesn't tell you the truth all the time. Part of the stuff I was doing in my last 10 years with the government was lying to the public. I gave out disinformation -- an approved tactic in the government -- because the people can't handle the truth."

After years of working with pilots and trying to rationally understand what they sometimes encounter during flight, Haines is a little hesitant when asked what he thinks or hopes the truly unexplained UFOs or UAP may turn out to be.

"That's a loaded question. Again, I'm a scientist first, I'm not a prophet or a politician, and I honestly don't know, but I'm trying to do my job and come to a rational answer based upon the evidence.

"I've come to the conclusion that there is quite an amount of good evidence suggesting intelligence behind the phenomenon. That's kind of the bottom line here."

THE TRUTH IS THIS

The coming 'Strong Delusion'
"They Are NOT What They Claim To Be"
"The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with how Satan works. He will use all sorts of displays of power through signs and wonders that serve the lie, and all the ways that wickedness deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness"

Illuminati Card Game
Almost Midnight.... The 'orbs' and vimanas [see below] playing around in the skies worldwide right now are a good indication that the world is in the final stages of preparation and conditioning at the hands of the illumanists through Hollywood, the media and TV, for the big event that the 'Disclosure' seekers have been waiting for:
There is a 100% certainty that things pretending to be 'aliens' are coming very soon to set up the antichrist's 7 year New World Order just in time for 2012 +/- a year.
What we are expecting to happen:

Signals will be faked by SETI [Search for Extra Terrestrial Intelligence]
Fake Martian rovers will "accidentally" bump into "evidence" of ET's - Mars Image
Evidence of 'ET' interaction with ancient man will be found at the pyramids/Sphinx and other landmarks - Mail Online
More earth-like planets will supposedly be discovered by the Kepler Mission
A disclosure will occur where so called 'aliens' are trotted out to deceive mankind
[The disclosure will be semi-true but the 'aliens' are not from 'outer-space', they are the angels which rebelled against YAHWEH and were thus banished from the 3rd Heaven (Empyrean) and beyond]....
You will be told that the 'extra-terrestrials' are positive [galactic federation of light]
and negative [greys & reptilians]

'Mars' image from the faked 'Spirit rover' - NASA are already letting pictures 'slip' out of 'alien' crafts on the surface of Mars. .

The Bible passage above speaks of a coming delusion that will make the whole world believe the lie, it also describes signs and wonders performed by the "Lawless one"
This site aims to demonstrate how 'aliens' are the fallen 'Watchers' and other angels and that the current trend in UFO sightings, strange sky phenomena, chemtrails and Solar System mayhem are all part of the signs and wonders building up to the revealing of the 'Lawless One' [antichrist] and the world's introduction to 'alien' life forms will be the coming delusion upon mankind [many, many people have already bought into this deception]
The reference to those who have "delighted in wickedness" is also relevant as "spiritual wickedness in high places" is how those who we wrestle against are described in Ephesians 6 chapter 12:
"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places"
Note also that 'principalities', 'powers' and 'rulers', along with 'high places', are each an Office of Archangel

Hurricane Irene Could Affect Millions Of People In The U.S.

By MITCH WEISS, Associated Press

NAGS HEAD, N.C. -- Hurricane Irene began lashing the East Coast with fierce winds and rain Friday, with the storm almost certain to heap punishment on a vast and densely populated stretch of shoreline from the Carolinas to Massachusetts this weekend.

Rain and tropical storm-force winds of at least 39 mph (63 kph) already were pelting the Carolinas as Irene trudged north, snapping power lines and flooding streets. Officials warned of dangerous rip currents as Irene roiled the surf. Thousands already were without power. In Charleston, S.C., several people had to be rescued after a tree fell on their car, trapping them.

(SCROLL DOWN FOR LIVE UPDATES)

For hundreds of miles, people in the storm's path either fled inland or stocked up on supplies to ride it out. Irene had the potential to cause billions of dollars in damage and affect some 65 million people in cities including Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and beyond.

Officials along the entire Eastern Seaboard declared emergencies, shut down public transit systems and begged residents to obey evacuation orders ahead of the storm, which federal officials said is likely to affect more people than many others before it.

President Barack Obama said all indications point to the storm being historic.

"I cannot stress this highly enough. If you are in the projected path of this hurricane, you have to take precautions now," said Obama, who was wrapping up his Martha's Vineyard vacation a day early and heading back to the White House on Friday.

Irene's wrath in the Caribbean, including Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic and the Bahamas, gave a preview of what is expected in the U.S.: Power outages, dangerous floods and high winds that caused millions of dollars in damage.

Hurricane warnings remained in effect from North Carolina to New Jersey. Hurricane watches were in effect even farther north and included Long Island, Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, Mass.

In addition to widespread wind and water damage, Irene could also push crude oil prices higher if it disrupts refineries in Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Virginia, which produce nearly 8 percent of U.S. gasoline and diesel fuel.

By Friday afternoon, Irene had weakened slightly but remained a Category 2 storm with maximum sustained winds near 100 mph (161 kph). Little change in strength was expected by the time Irene reaches North Carolina on Saturday, but forecasters at the National Hurricane Center warned it would be a large and dangerous storm nonetheless.

In North Carolina, traffic was steady Friday as people fled the Outer Banks and beach towns. Tourists had been ordered to leave the barrier islands, though local officials estimated Friday that about half the residents on two of the islands have ignored evacuation orders.

In Nags Head, police officer Edward Mann cruised the streets in search of cars in driveways - a telltale sign they planned to stay behind. He warned those that authorities wouldn't be able to help holdouts in hurricane-force winds, and that electricity and water could be out for days.

Some tell Mann they're staying because they feel safe or because the storm won't be as bad as predicted. Mann, 25, said some have told him they've ridden out more storms than years he's been alive.

Bucky Domanski, 71, was among those who told Mann he wasn't leaving. The officer handed the retired salesman a piece of paper warning of the perils of staying behind. Domanski said he understood.

"I could be wrong, but everything meteorologists have predicted never pans out," Domanski said. "I don't know, maybe I've been lulled to sleep. But my gut tells me it's not going to be as bad as predicted. I hope I'm right."

Speaking Friday on CBS' "The Early Show," North Carolina Gov. Beverly Perdue said state troopers, the Red Cross and the National Guard were in place to deal with the storm's aftermath, which she said could affect some 3.5 million people.

North Carolina was just first in line along the Eastern Seaboard - home to some of the nation's priciest real estate.

Besides major cities, sprawling suburbs, ports, airports, highways, cropland and mile after mile of built-up beachfront neighborhoods are in harm's way. In several spots along the coast, hospitals and nursing homes worked to move patients and residents away from what could be the strongest hurricane to hit the East Coast in seven years.

The center of the storm was still about 300 miles (483 kilometers) south-southwest of Cape Hatteras, N.C., and moving to the north at 14 mph (22 kph). Forecasters warned wind-whipped water could create a dangerous storm surge, with levels along the state's Albemarle and Pamlico sounds rising as much as 11 feet.

The latest forecasts showed Irene crashing into the North Carolina coastline Saturday, then churning up the Eastern Seaboard and drenching areas from Virginia to New York City before a weakened storm reaches New England.

In Washington, Irene dashed hopes of dedicating a 30-foot sculpture to Martin Luther King Jr. on Sunday on the National Mall. While a direct strike on the nation's capital appeared slim, organizers said forecasts of wind and heavy rain made it too dangerous to summon a throng they expected to number up to 250,000.

In the Sandbridge section of Virginia Beach, Va., rental companies raced to evacuate guests and board up rental homes.

John Landbeck of Aberdeen, Md. spent Friday morning packing up the vacation home he was renting and pulling his fishing boat out of the water. He planned to ride out the storm at a hotel in Chesapeake and return to his rental for another two weeks once the storm passed. He said he'd stay out of harm's way but was taking things in stride.

"Hopefully we won't have any earthquakes, no more hurricanes, no more floods. But It's been fun. For me, life is an adventure. Whatever comes, we take it," he said.

More than a quarter-million New Yorkers were ordered to evacuate the city's low-lying coastal areas Friday, and officials said the city's transit system would shut down around noon Saturday. A hurricane warning has not been issued for the nation's biggest city since Hurricane Gloria hit in 1985 as a Category 2 storm, said Ashley Sears, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.

Even if the winds aren't strong enough to damage buildings in a metropolis made largely of brick, concrete and steel, a lot of New York's subways and other infrastructure are underground, making them subject to flooding.

Philadelphia officials also planned to shut down the city's transit system early Sunday morning.

New York's two airports are close to the water and could be inundated, as could densely packed neighborhoods, if the storm pushes ocean water into the city's waterways.

In the last 200 years, New York has seen only a few significant hurricanes, and New England is unaccustomed to direct hits. In 1938, a storm dubbed the Long Island Express came ashore about 75 miles east of the city and then hit New England, killing 700 people and leaving 63,000 homeless.

Across the Northeast, Irene threatened to flood many miles of land that are already saturated from heavy rain. Parts of Rhode Island are still recovering from devastating 2010 spring floods.

Back in North Carolina, officials also were preparing for what might happen to those who don't evacuate. Richard Marlin, the fire chief in Frisco, said he ordered 75 extra body bags for a town that normally keeps 10 on hand.

"I anticipate we're going to have people floating on the streets, and I don't want to leave them lying there," Marlin said. If the storm maintains its current track, "the Coast Guard will either be pulling people off their roofs like in Katrina or we'll be scraping them out of their yards."

Aliens Could Attack Earth to End Global Warming, NASA Scientist Frets

UNIVERSITY PARK, Penn. – We've all heard of the ravaged rain forests and the plight of the polar bear. But as far as reasons for saving the planet go, the one offered by scientists Thursday is truly out of this world.

A team of American researchers have produced a range of scenarios in which aliens could attack the earth, and curiously, one revolves around climate change.

They speculate that extraterrestrial environmentalists could be so appalled by our planet-polluting ways that they view us as a threat to the intergalactic ecosystem and decide to destroy us.

The thought-provoking scenario is one of many envisaged in a joint study by Penn State and the NASA Planetary Science Division, entitled "Would Contact with Extraterrestrials Benefit or Harm Humanity? A Scenario Analysis."

It divides projected close encounters into "neutral," those that cause mankind "unintentional harm" and, more worryingly, those in which aliens do us "intentional harm."

Extraterrestrial intelligence (ETI) "could attack and kill us, enslave us, or potentially even eat us. ETI could attack us out of selfishness or out of a more altruistic desire to protect the galaxy from us. We might be a threat to the galaxy just as we are a threat to our home planet," it warns.

One such scenario is the stuff of many a Hollywood blockbuster, a "standard fight-to-win conflict: a war of the worlds." But another might resonate more with fans of Al Gore's documentary film "An Inconvenient truth."

It speculates that aliens, worried we might inflict the damage done to our own planet on others, might "seek to preemptively destroy our civilization in order to protect other civilizations from us."

"Humanity may just now be entering the period in which its rapid civilizational expansion could be detected by an ETI because our expansion is changing the composition of Earth's atmosphere (e.g. via greenhouse gas emissions), which therefore changes the spectral signature of Earth," the study says.

"While it is difficult to estimate the likelihood of this scenario, it should at a minimum give us pause as we evaluate our expansive tendencies."

But before we brace ourselves for alien annihilation, the report suggests things could turn in humanity's favor.

"As we continue the search for extraterrestrials into the future, perhaps our thinking about the different modes of contact will help human civilization to avoid collapse and achieve long-term survival," it suggests.

Amy Winehouse Toxicology Report Finds No Illegal Drugs in Her System

GF, bauergriffinonline.com
Amy Winehouse's family has released the results of the late singer's toxicology tests, which reveal that no illegal drugs were present in the singer's system at the time of her death, the AP reports.

The final tests showed that alcohol was present, but how it affected Winehouse has yet to be determined. Chris Goodman, a Winehouse family spokesman, released a statement today saying, "Toxicology results returned to the Winehouse family by authorities have confirmed that there were no illegal substances in Amy's system at the time of her death."

It was previously suspected that Winehouse died of alcohol withdrawal while others have reported that she had taken hard drugs the night before her death. The new report does not detail why the singer died. Her family is awaiting the full investigation, which is set to begin in October.

El Cajon Shooting: Kevin Collier Allegedly Kills Two Before Burning House, Shooting Officer

MMM HAVE ANYONE SEEN THE MOVIE THE CRAZIES????

EL CAJON, Calif. -- Just days after his wife filed for divorce, a man is suspected of killing his baby daughter and mother-in-law and shooting and critically wounding a police officer before setting the family's home on fire, police said.

A second body was found Monday in the burned-out home in El Cajon, a working class city east of San Diego, police spokesman Lt. Mark Coit said. It was believed to be the body of Beverly Rakov, 51, the mother-in-law of suspected gunman Kevin Collier. The other body found in the home Sunday night was believed to be that of Collier.

Coit said both bodies were burned beyond recognition so forensics tests would be needed for positive identification.

Collier is suspected of killing his baby daughter in his truck, then torching his home, in a dramatic series of events that ended with him critically wounding El Cajon Officer Jarred Slocum, 28.

Slocum remained hospitalized in critical but stable condition after undergoing surgery for a gunshot wound to his forehead that fractured his skull.

Collier, 32, texted friends and family on Sunday that he had killed his daughter and mother-in-law, Coit said.

The baby was found inside the truck with a gunshot wound to the head, and authorities were awaiting confirmation from the coroner's office that the girl was Collier's 1-year-old daughter, Rhilee, Coit said.

Authorities believe she was killed before police arrived.

According to court records cited by the San Diego Union-Tribune, Collier's wife Alyssa Collier filed for divorce Wednesday after just over a year-and-a-half of marriage.

She requested sole custody of their daughter and monthly child and spousal support until she finds a job. In the file, she described Kevin Collier as a "good dad" but said realistically he worked too many hours to have shared custody, according to the newspaper. She wrote that he had just gotten a new job, paying about $7,900 a month plus bonuses.

Heather Gooden, a friend of Rakov, said she received a message early Sunday in which Rakov said her son-in-law had guns and she feared for her life.

Slocum was responding to a call shortly after 5 p.m. Sunday that a gunman had set a home on fire. When Slocum approached the dwelling, he was shot by someone inside the house, Coit said.

The four-year police department veteran fired before grabbing his neck and falling against a chain link fence. His rookie partner, Tim McFarland, ran to drag him to cover, assisted by two neighbors.

Smoke billowed from the home. Helicopters dumped water overhead to control the blaze as SWAT team members surrounded the property and officials evacuated nearby homes and shut down surrounding roads and freeways, unsure whether the gunman had escaped.

As the flames eased, firefighters moved in to the home, protected by gun-wielding SWAT officers.

They found the body of an adult, believed to be Collier, near the front of the home's interior, the head and shoulders protruding from the burning debris.

Police believe Collier died in the blaze because authorities had sealed off the area and he was not found.

Coit said Collier's wife managed to escape and was safe. Police were checking on whether there had been any prior domestic disputes reported at the home.

The stench of smoke early Monday still wafted through the neighborhood of lower- to middle-class older homes in the San Diego suburb, as bewildered neighbors stared at the blackened home in disbelief.

Gooden, 41, arrived sobbing at the police tape cordoning off the homes. She said she has known the family for 30 years and never heard of any problems with violence.

Gooden said Rakov owned the home, and Rakov's daughter, Alyssa, and her husband and baby daughter had moved in with Rakov after a job opportunity for Collier in New York fell through in December.

Gooden said she texted Rakov shortly before 8 a.m. Sunday to see if she could pick up her daughter's furniture that Rakov was storing for her.

Rakov texted back that she couldn't do it because her son-in-law had taken her grandchild and police were at her home.

Then she wrote a chilling final message: "I have never been so scared in my life, Heather. He has guns. He's gonna shoot my daughter. (H)e has lost his (expletive) mind."

Gooden sent repeated texts to Rakov throughout the day Sunday but has gotten no replies.

"I can't believe she's gone," said Gooden, tears streaming down her face.

nightclubs in Los Angeles, Miami and New York discriminate against black

*Popular nightclubs in Los Angeles, Miami and New York discriminate against black patrons. Doormen and bouncers will bypass blacks in the front of the line. To avoid discrimination law suits, these clubs (usually) employ black bouncers and doormen to exhibit racism.

RACIAL INJUSTICE LEADS TO MURDER-OUTSIDE NEW ORLEANS CLUB"

Three bouncers from New Orleans proved that you can still get away with murder.

Arthur Irons and two other bouncers killed Levon Jones, a young black student from Georgia, on videotape in front of a crowd of witnesses. Jones was denied entrance to Razoo, a bar on Bourbon Street, because his hoodie supposedly violated the unlisted and undocumented dress code. All of his white friends dressed casually as well, but were allowed in. At some point while arguing about this, Irons shoved Jones and — eyewitness accounts differ — Jones may have taken a swing at the bouncer.

Dress codes are simply an excuse for doormen to refuse entry to people they don’t want in the bar. And on Bourbon Street it’s common practice that if you have some form of clothing covering at least one part of your body, you’re in.

Levon Jones was knocked to the ground and Arthur Irons put him in a choke hold. The 300-pound bouncer put all of his weight on the young student and continued to choke him until police arrived 14 minutes later. Security cameras, as well as one of Jones’ friends, captured all of this on tape. When a police officer finally arrived on the scene, he handcuffed the now lifeless body (after asking if the bouncers wanted to do the honors themselves) and left Jones facedown in the street until paramedics arrived.

The 14-minute chokehold had crushed Jones’ windpipe.

Iron’s attorney managed to get the trial moved from Orleans Parish where black people comprise 67 percent of the population, to Calcasieu Parish, where the population is 73 percent white. Somehow, the defense team managed to get a jury with only one black member.

And somehow these people decided to acquit Irons, despite the video footage, eyewitness accounts and testimony from the coroner, not to mention the fact that Irons admitted to applying the choke hold for the 14 minutes.

Soul legend Bobby Womack has opened up about the death of his infant child-the tragedy which propelled him into a lengthy drug hell.

The legendary singer had already lost one son, Vincent, who committed suicide and was still coming to terms with the death of his brother Harry, who was killed by a jealous girlfriend, when four-month-old Truth-the singer's first child with wife Regina-fell into a coma at the couple's home in Woodland Hills, California in 1978 and died in hospital a week later.

The star admits he has never truly got over the tragedy and still blames himself for leaving the baby unattended on a bed.

In a candid and heart wrenching interview, Womack says, "I lost a son which was my fault and the only reason I can talk about it now is because I know what I'm saying. I'm not hiding behind anything.

"I came in one night... from a convention and I was telling my lady, 'Baby, you've gotta get up, I've got something to show you!' And she said, 'Can we do this tomorrow? You know the baby...'

"I said, 'That little baby can't move. He can't even walk. He's taking five minutes to hold his head up...' So she jumps up and I was telling her all these stories... It was no more than two minutes before she said, 'OK, go and get my baby.'

"I went running in to get the baby. The baby had fallen down between the bed and the wall and he suffocated and that was the biggest hurt ever in my life."

The tragedy turned Womack onto hard drugs, which eventually robbed him of his creative edge -and he spent decades trying to get his passion for songwriting back.

He explains, "That death led to 'There's gotta be a better way... and from there, away I went. Every time I heard somebody had died-Johnnie Taylor or somebody else-instead of going to the funeral, I'd go and get high.

"Eventually I reached out to God and said, 'Look, I'm in trouble. I don't even know who I am.' I wanted to get the true feeling back... My passion for music never died; I was just trying to figure out how you get it back."

Three Generations Of New York Family Die In I-95 Wreck In NC

WILSON, N.C. — A New York family returning from Disney World was devastated Saturday evening when women representing three generations were killed in a wreck on Interstate 95 in eastern North Carolina.

Trooper G.G. Barnes of the North Carolina Highway Patrol said early Sunday that a 22-year-old woman, her mother and grandmother were killed when the family's SUV blew a tire on northbound I-95 in Wilson County, the driver lost control and the vehicle overturned.

Barnes identified the victims as Rosanny Marte, 22; Angela Marte, 46; and Rosa Marte, 71. Five other family members in the vehicle – including the husbands of Angela and Rosa Marte, and Angela's two other children and nephew – remained hospitalized early Sunday with non-life-threatening injuries. Barnes said the family is from New York City.

Barnes said the two older female victims were not wearing seatbelts and were thrown from the vehicle, which came to rest off the highway.

Fired government worker 'murdered his children and wife after his request for a threesome drove her to lesbian affair' Read more: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2026864/James-Kraig-Kahler-murdered-family-threesome-request-drove-wife-lesbian-affair.

A man killed his wife and children after introducing her to a lesbian partner that broke up their marriage, a court heard.

According to prosecutors, James Kraig Kahler wanted to introduce another woman into the couple's sex life - leading Karen Kahler to begin a lesbian affair that he then blamed for the breakdown of their marriage.

A defence attorney for Kansas-based , who could face the death penalty if convicted, later dismissed that claim as 'a fantasy.'

Kahler, 48, is accused of fatally shooting his estranged wife, her grandmother and the Kahlers' two teenage daughters.

They were killed with an automatic weapon the weekend after Thanksgiving 2009 in the grandmother's home near Burlingame, about 20 miles south of Topeka.

Kahler's attorneys contend he had been mentally ill for months.

They say he suffered hallucinations and was obsessed with the relationship that his wife, Karen, had with another woman and her pursuit of a divorce.

Dan Pingelton, an attorney who represented Karen Kahler in their divorce, testified that she told him her husband introduced her to Sunny Reese of Weatherford, Texas.

James Kraig Kahler and his attorneys say Mrs Kahler's relationship with Reese broke up the marriage.

'Karen indicated to me that Kraig wanted to bring another partner into the marriage,' Pingelton testified during the criminal trial in Lyndon.

'She indicated to me that Kraig wanted to do a threesome.'

The killings occurred months after Kahler was fired from his job as the director of the water department in Columbia, Missouri, Mo. He was living near Topeka at the time.

The victims of the shootings were: Karen Kahler, 44; her grandmother, Dorothy Wight, 89, and the Kahlers' daughters, Emily, 18, and Lauren, 16. At the time of the killings, Kahler was living in Meriden, Kan., northeast of Topeka.

The Kahlers also had a son, Sean, now 12, who was at the scene of the shootings but fled without being injured.

He testified Monday that he saw his father shoot his mother.

During opening statements Monday, Haney said the Kahlers appeared to have a perfect marriage and family life for more than two decades before 2009, when the marriage became 'cancerous.'

He named Reese repeatedly as the cause and said the two women conducted their affair openly, in front of the Kahler children.

A settlement hearing in the divorce had been scheduled for early December 2009, with a trial set just days before Christmas.

Karen Kahler had filed for divorce in January 2009 and moved out of the family home in March.

'In a few months, it became fairly contentious, and it became worse as time went on,' he said.

Haney, who has repeatedly described Kahler as a loving father and husband, suggested several times that Pingelton was speculating. Pingelton insisted his comments were 'an informed opinion.'

At the time of the shootings, Kahler also faced a misdemeanor battery charge in Missouri, stemming from a March 2009 altercation with his estranged wife.

According to evidence presented in the capital murder trial, Kahler tried to hug her when she did not want to be touched by him.

Kashif Parvaiz, Husband Accused Of Planning Hit On Wife, Claimed Killing Was Bias Attack: Cops

MORRISTOWN, N.J. -- A Pakistani-American man whose wife was gunned down while they and their son strolled a quiet suburban street plotted the killing with another woman and told police his family had been attacked by a group of men who called them terrorists, authorities said Friday.

Kashif Parvaiz, 26, suffered non-life-threatening wounds in the shooting in Boonton, N.J., that killed his 27-year-old wife, Nazish Noorani. They were walking with their 3-year-old son to a relative's house when shots rang out Tuesday night. The boy was unharmed.

Parvaiz and 26-year-old Antoinette Stephen, of Billerica, Mass., both face charges of murder, conspiracy and weapons offenses. He also faces child-endangerment charges.

According to Morris County Prosecutor Robert Bianchi, Parvaiz' initial accounts of the attack were inconsistent and immediately raised suspicions.

Parvaiz had told investigators the couple was attacked by a different combination of black and white males who shouted ethnic slurs at the Pakistani couple, authorities said. In his initial story, the group shouted something about the family being "terrorists," authorities said.

Bianchi said investigators were deeply concerned when Parvaiz suggested it was a bias crime, but within hours "it was obvious to investigators that this was sadly the alleged handy work of the victim's husband who allegedly did the unthinkable and plotted to murder his wife."

Bianchi didn't characterize the relationship between Stephen and Parvaiz, but investigators wrote in an arrest affidavit that Parvaiz and Noorani had a turbulent relationship. Authorities said he met Stephen in Brooklyn and the two discussed the murder plot.

Bianchi wouldn't say who pulled the trigger.

The affidavit quotes a text message from Noorani to her brother in which she wrote "Someday u will find me dead but its cuz of kashi ... He wants to kill me."

Bianchi said Friday that Parvaiz, who has been in the hospital, was arrested "a few days ago." Stephen was arrested Thursday night in Massachusetts. Parvaiz was being held on $1 million bail, while Stephen was awaiting extradition and being held on $5 million bail.

Noorani was a native of Karachi, Pakistan, while Parvaiz was originally from Brooklyn, relatives have said. The couple were wed in an arranged marriage six years ago. They were in Boonton, which has many Pakistani-American residents, visiting relatives.

Parvaiz told family he was attending graduate school at Harvard, but the school has no record of him studying there.

New Jersey authorities gave the spelling of Stephen's first name as Antoinette, but it is spelled Antionette in public records.
